you and you're new friends approached liyue as you stared at the city with admiration.. during you're journey towards liyue aether gaved you a weapon.
it was a polearm it's purple with a electro symbol in it. it somehow reminded you of.. someone. you learnt how to use you're new vision and you're new weapon with ease as if it was natural to you.
during your travel to liyue you've set up camps on the way and whenever it's night aether tried persuading you to just relax and sleep but you brushed it off saying you don't require sleep and stood on gaurd the whole night attacking any enemies or creatures who dares to attack you and you're companions.
you've also cutted you're hair short since you didn't liked it. it just reminds you of that someone.. whoever that person is you despised her.
you were currently nearing liyue harbor city as you looked toward it with admiration.
it looks like aether and paimon had the same reaction towards the city as the corner of you're lips unknowingly tug upwards. after you've reached liyue harbor aether wanted to find the geo archon. you listened to paimon speaking as she spoke
"guess it's a good thing venti brought it up earlier. otherwise we definitely would've missed this year's rite descension."
you tilted you're head at the name as you just brushed it off thinking it was a random guy who helped them.
"paimon you do know when that is right?"
aether deadpanned.
"uhh.. might be today or might also be tomorrow.."
she then continued with a sweatdrop
"look, we're already in liyue so let's go ask some locals."
after that paimon explained about how the geo archon's name was named after mora. and the three of you asked the locals of liyue about the geo archon's information.
you just stood.. awkwardly. you weren't really good at communicating as you thought you would be.
after talking with the locals you all went to yujing terrace and made a prayer. you glanced at aether and paimon praying as you also proceeded to pray.
i wish i could gain my memories back.
it seemed the rite was about to start as people started to crowd up in the middle. you and aether tried looking through the crowds but it was difficult as paimon exclaimed
"we gotta get to the front! we can't see squat back here!"
paimon floated ahead as you and aether tried making you're way through the crowd. you spotted a woman using geo towards the sky as you gazed upwards with an emotionless look. everything was turning great till the sky darken and rex lapis falling.. the woman inspected the dragon till she finally said
"rex lapis has been killed! seal the exits!"
you followed aether and paimon and sneakly escaped from the gaurds. unfortunately during ur escape aether stepped on a rock catching the gaurds attention.
you all ran as the gaurd yelled "seize them!" the gaurds cornered you as you planned to use you're vision till you heard a voice
"hey buddies, hold still!"
hydro attack hits the gaurds as a guy jumps from above us switching his bow to hydro water blades swiftly attacking them. you noticed more gaurds approaching as the gingerd haired guy infront says
"come with me"
