Ch-2 Friend Group

It was the 2nd day at college. I went inside and met my friends, we together walked towards the class while chatting and gossiping.

Finally it was 1 pm, lunch break!!! I met a new girl Tanvi in my class, she was pretty sweet. I invited her to sit next to us for lunch, but she said her boyfriend Shubham is going to take her out.

I then pulled myself to the canteen as I was extremely tired. When I was about to enter I crashed into someone. I looked at the person only to curse my fate. It was HIM the same guy I  poured water on. He was looking at me with anger, shit!!!! Mar gayi mein.

"YOU" I flinched when he literally yelled at me, but I can't be passive.
"Haa mein,kuch hua?" He rolled his eyes at my reply. "You know what, REVENGE", I gasped when I felt cold water running on me even before I could understand what he said. Saale Kutte kya backhodi hai ye.

A guy approached me and said
"Um excuse me, the thing is your top is white and it's kind of see through right now because it's wet. Here you can take my jacket". Oh my god, I was wearing white, with a black bra, shit. I quickly borrowed his jacket, thanked him and went to the cafeteria.

My friends seemed curious, seeing my hair wet and wearing a jacket. "Yeh toh Rohan bhaiya ka jacket hai, tu kyu pehan rahi hai?" Shreya questioned, to which I narrated the whole incident. It was stupid of me to think they would show sympathy. Those assholes started laughing.

"Thu, nim janmake ishtu benki haka, nagtira kathegala"( Thu, hell with your lives, you people are laughing, donkeys), I yelled at them. They all stopped laughing only to start teasing me again.

It was the class after lunch, nidde yelita ittu( I was too sleepy), because we had just had our lunch and just like that I closed my eyes. "ISHIKA" I jerked up from my sleep to Shukti screaming in my ears. "Sule ge hutta Sule munde, Jalgara.." (It's basically curse words in kannada, which is a meme now because an actor had said that)

"ENRI MEDIA"(This is a meme too, said by the same actor, He is asking the Media) Samarth  interrupted me before I could complete. I started laughing with himplayfully slapping Shukti while Shreya and Dhruv also joined us.

"AYY YOU  IDIOTS STAND UP,  WHAT YOU PEOPLE ARE DOING IN MY PERIOD SHAMELESS FELLOWS. GET OUT I SAY!!" The professor scolded us. "But sir we.." Shukti was interrupted by Dhruv "Sorry sir, we will go out" he said.

"Yenu, thale kettidya???(Are you out of your mind) Shreya whispered as she clearly was shocked like the rest of us. "CHILL, we got the attendance, ab hum chalke moj karenge" Dhruv assured.

We all agreed and went out of the class and had a lot of fun in the chai tapri nearby. We had some Kadak Chai with Bun and biscuits. Later we all went back, attented the remaining classes which to my dismay was also boring. Soon the college ended I came back to my house. I quickly changed into my tracksuit and put Rohan's jacket in the washing machine to wash.

Laying down on my bed I started to relax and was about to sleep. "ISHIIIIIIIII, guess what happened" Sameer anna(bro) entered "My head happened thu kathe(donkey)" I retorted.

"There's this girl..." My ears perked up and all my fatigue vanished. "She is a intern, umm her name is Sanjana, she's really cute and my boss told me to guide her during her internship period." Aww, I was thinking about how their relationship might progress to colleagues to lovers.

"ME, HE ASKED ME TO GUIIDE HER WHAT THE HECK I CAN'T EVEN TALK TO HER PROPERLY WITHOUT GETTING NERVOUS BUT HE WANTS ME TO HELP HER" I flinched at his tone, like wtf he was literally blushing like a newly wed but now is dying of nervousness but still screaming.

"Arrey bhai common hai, ab jao na" I shooed him away. So coming back to my bed, I slowly laid down on my left  hugging my pillow and slept. 2 seconds later literally 2 seconds I got a call. Mere neend ke shatru.

"Hello" Shreya said, I greeted her back. "About the plan of going out at 6 to Glenn's , we changed it. How about we go to Empire Hotel in Jayanagar for dinner at 8 ?" She said to which I said yes. I put an alarm for 7.15 and slept.

Soon it was 7.15, I got up, freshened up and got ready for the dinner. I'm going to EMPIRE, wah, the shawarma and the coin parotta in that hotel is chumma amazing.

I wore a light blue straight cut Jeans along with a cocoa colored tank top with a white and brown flannel shirt, let my locks down and I was ready.

I went down, asked amma whether I could go now that the place had changed, to which she said yes because Vaibhav anna convinced her to let me go.

It was 7.45 already so I left my house, boarded a BMTC  reached South End Circle and walked to the hotel. I called Shreya to know where they were.

"Yelle idya?" I asked her. "Macha come to 1st floor, I'll stand near the stairs." She said and I cut the call. I looked around while entering the hotel and saw a guy's back facing me. Hmm he has a good physique, good hair, nice style and I hope he has a good face so that I can crush over him for the dinner from my table.

I went to 1st floor and met them. "Heyy, I'm Karan Rao " A tall cute guy with a good body introduced himself. "Hiiii, I'm Druthi Gowda" A girl with a good height, soft curls tied into a pony said with a genuine smile. "Umm, Hi we've met before remember??" A guy more like Rohan, Shreya's brother who looked a bit shocked to see me said to me. "Hii, Obviously your Rohan, she told me and you gave me your jacket, so thanks a lot for that" I said pointing at Shreya.

"Oh, btw I'm Ishika Shetty" I introduced myself and the others did the same. Soon after a guy came to our group, started greeting our seniors and I was shocked to see him. Shocked would be an understatement actually. "Thu nann Karma"( Oh my god, my fate) I muttered to myself.

"YOU!! why are you here?" He yelled in shock after looking at me. "What are you doing here?"I retorted back. "Well I asked first." He stated. "Adikke, naa illi first bandiddu"(So?, I came here first) I tried to reason back, but he asked what I meant as he didn't know kannada. Nange yaake agatte idu? ( why does all these things happen to me?).
