Fuck.

At least last time he passed out in his bedroom. I forgot how weak humans are.

Seungcheol leaned down closer to Jeonghan and slipped his arms underneath his waist and legs and pulled him up into his chest.

In the blink of an eye, a red cloudy aura surrounded them and the two disappeared from the church.

Seungcheol's feet touched down onto the patterned floor of Jeonghan's bedroom.

He carefully laid Jeonghan down on the bed and pulled the duvet over his frail and lifeless-like body.

His cold hands found their way to Jeonghan's hot blooded face as he softly caressed his cheeks.

I was planning on just using him as a blood bag but... maybe I can play around a bit.

Seungcheol awed at Jeonghan's divine countenance. He stood still, fully captivated by his serene, angel-like features that sparked an unexpected interest and instinct in his body. He was an enchantress.

Beautiful...

A feeling of extreme excitement and possessiveness coursed through his veins as he touched Jeonghan's forehead where the sunlight had settled.

The sound of heavy rain pounded on the windows and the wind flew its course, leaving a slight humming sound in its trail. A rainbow appeared in the distance as the two elements continued to clash.

Seungcheol's head began to thump erratically.

Ah. It looks like God has decided to punish me again.

He brought his icy hands to his face and ran the tips of his fingers over his eyelids.

I didn't even kill him yet...

In a moment of outrage, Seungcheol's hands hovered over his chest before he plunged them deep inside him, gripping his undead heart.

A stream of blood followed as he pulled out the beating organ which glowed a deep red.

Soon after, all form of movement stopped and Seungcheol's lifeless body plummeted to the floor.

A deafening silence hung in the air and it was almost as if the world had stopped moving.

—————

Then it began.

Jeonghan rubbed his tired eyes and stretched his arms out from underneath the blanket.

The moon was high in the sky, basking in the glory of its light, contrasting the backdrop of a black void.

Jeonghan slowly sat up and rested his blonde head on the headboard. His eyes began to close before opening again in irritation.

What's that rancid smell.

He darted his eyes around the room only to see nothing, just his bedroom as normal.

"Seungcheol?" He called out towards the door but no one answered.

That's weird.

Bringing his legs to the side of the bed, he lowered his gaze to the gruesome scene on the floor.

"Holy shit!"

Jeonghan scrambled to Seungcheol's side, almost gagging at the sight of his veiny heart that was thrown across the floor surrounded by a pool of blood which seeped out in a trail from Seungcheol's chest.

Is he dead?

He tapped his fingers against Seungcheol's cheek. "Wake the fuck up!"

Jeonghan wrapped his arms over his legs and curled up into a ball as he struggled to comprehend anything, panic entailing his weak mind.

He can't die, he's not dead right? What will I do if he-

All of a sudden, a red glow came from the corner of the room where his heart was.

Soon after, Seungcheol's finger twitched before his eyes opened, searching around the room before his gaze landed on Jeonghan.

Jeonghan's mouth hung low and grew dry and raspy as Seungcheol slowly rose from the floor.

He cracked his neck on each side and the eerie sound of each snap echoed through the room.

Jeonghan was dumbfounded, only now getting slapped with his reality. Vampires, from his knowledge, were nothing but a myth, a bedtime story.

But now, it was real. This mysterious being now materialised itself in front of Jeonghan. All the possibilities flashed before his eyes. The thing that nudged at him was not a sinister haunging or the electrifying feeling of fear.

No. Nothing of the normal sort. Jeonghan never classified himself as normal. He was twisted. Deviant and depraved. All of the above.

You see, one thing that Jeonghan has never shared was... his corrupted heart. And the truth was that... he found this all extraordinarily entertaining.

This was just the thing he needed. Seungcheol was just what he needed to escape this confined lifestyle. This crazed loop of people pleasing and appearances.

He was tired. Tired of it all.

"Hey." Seungcheol flashed his signature sinister smile and took a step forward. He leaned down to Jeonghan and placed his finger under his quivering lips, lifting his jaw to close.

"Scared? Or maybe shocked." He slipped his arms underneath Jeonghan's armpits and lifted him up with ease, as if he was as light as a feather.

"I can tell from your expression that you want an explanation." Seungcheol sat him down on the bed and took a seat next to him.

"You are a being created by God and I... well let's just say that I'm not," he murmured.

"Now, what would you think the big boss man would do if he found out that I tried to hurt one of his beloved creations?" He questioned in a soft tone.

"K...kill you." Jeonghan answered apprehensively. His voice caught in his throat before he could say anything more.

"Exactly!" Seungcheol reached his hand under Jeonghan's shirt and began to draw crosses on his back.

"Smart little me found a loophole where I just... kill myself. And well, I did this based on the knowledge that you would need me or call out for me which would revive my body in the process."

"Vampires aren't exactly known to be remembered or wanted by humans." He stood up abruptly and turned to face the door.

"I don't understand." Jeonghan muttered under his breath and shook his head which caught the attention of Seungcheol.

He turned on his heel, once again facing the disturbed human. Gripping Jeonghan's cheek with his bloodied hand, he said in a dangerously low whisper, "you're not supposed to."

And with that, he started for the door and paused before turning the handle. "Thank you... my prince."

The door slammed behind him and Jeonghan was left with his thoughts beside the blood-stained carpet, a stark reminder of the events that had just taken place.

His lips curled into a devilish smile before opening to let out a blood-curdling chain of laughter.

He bit his fingers, trying to stop the maniacal sounds that continued to release from his mouth. But he couldn't. The pleasure was too much.

Hah... shit. I'm excited.

I think we're finally getting somewhere! I'd
rather write this book than revise for an important chem exam. My priorities are questionable....
Anyways, don't forget to like and vote! 🥹
