3.0 - Southern-Sonill

After a moment, he noticed my wound, which was not bleeding.

"How is that possible? "He thought.

An ordinary person would not survive such an attack. I was also breathing, as if nothing had happened to me.

I slowly stood up, holding my head with one of my hands.

"Are you alive?" I asked.

Nave was surprised that I stood up despite such an injury. He sighed with relief.

"I guess I should ask you about that." He replied.

"I didn't ask about this before, do you know how to fight with any specific weapon?"

"No." It was sincere and fast.

A sword appeared from Nave's hand. It was very strange, a weapon just appears out of thin air?

The boy gave me this sword.

"You can take it."

I took the sword he gave me. It looks amazing. It's all black and shimmers gray. It has two orange stripes, like the ones on Nave's coat. The blade of this sword was divided into two parts. The middle was empty. It looked like two blades were coming out of one sword handle. It looks great.

"Thanks!" I thanked, pleased, with a smile on my face.

This is probably the best gift I've ever received.

I made a few swings with the sword. It must have looked really amateurish.

I feel that the field of sword fighting is not as foreign to me as I thought. I feel like I know how to use it.

After making a few swings, I grabbed the sword in both hands and stared at the blade. I saw my reflection in it.

This is the first time I've seen myself.

I started touching my hair with one of my hands.

Wow, that's really me.

In the reflection, I saw that I had white hair, it seemed short in the front, but at the back I had my hair tied in two ponytails. My eyes were yellow. Before, I thought that Nave didn't look human, and now I look even weirder.

"Why are you smiling at the blade?" He said, surprised.

Immediately when I heard that I sheathed my sword and felt a little embarrassed.

" N-nothing, it's just the first time I see my appearance in the reflection." I said waving my hands in a way that it's no big deal.

"The first time?" He muttered under his breath.

I must look like some weirdo again.

"Okay, it doesn't matter, we'll be in the capital in an hour."

Nave wrapped the wound on his neck with a piece of cloth.

I wonder why he did that.

After an hour of walking I noticed a large gate. This city must be really huge. I got excited at the thought that this was the end of the journey. Nave noticed how much I liked it.

He put his hood on his head.We both approached the gate. Nave put his hands on the gate handle.

"It's Closed." He informed me.

We sat down on the side and waited for someone to enter the city so that we could escape sideways.

We didn't have to wait long.

A middle-aged man was driving a cart full of wheat, and the gate opened in front of him. We took advantage of this chance and quietly entered the gate, which was wide open.

"Wow, so this is the capital." I said, pleased.

"You can call it Sonill, Southern-Sonill."

"This Sonill is huge."

The thought of living here excited me.

Exactly, and what am I supposed to do with myself now that I've arrived here?

The smile left my face when I realized that.

A knight approached us. He had medium armor and a spear in his hand.

"Hey, you guys, you're not from here!" He shouted.

He pointed at us with his finger. After saying that, the knight noticed the wound on my neck. He got angry. Two other knights approached him.

"Isn't she possessed?" Another knight whispered in the other knight's ear, unfortunately I heard everything.

Two knights approached me and handcuffed me.

"Hmph? I'm sorry, what are you doing, I'm not possessed." I explained myself.

This is some kind of misunderstanding, what should I do now?

When Nave saw what they did to me, he pulled out his sword and wanted to attack them. He got angry. Another knight approached Nave and told him something, unfortunately I couldn't hear anything.

The boy put away his sword after the knight said something to him. The two of them started walking somewhere.

Will he just leave me like that? I thought we were friends.

I watched them leave. Nave looked at me for a moment longer and opened his mouth as if he wanted to say something but couldn't. After a moment he grimaced, closed his mouth and looked away from me.

He moved in the opposite direction of me.

My eyes were wide open. What's happening right now, help.I'm too weak to just run away, and resisting them is pointless.

I took a deep breath.

You have to think positively, at least something is happening, not like in the forest.

I made a crooked and strained smile.

What have I gotten myself into.

I followed the knights.

Okay, let's get this over with, whatever they want to do to me. I'll enjoy the city later.

I entered the underground. Torches were burning on the walls. The corridor was built of black brick. It looked like they wanted to lock me in a dark dungeon.

I don't know if I'm doing the right thing by not objecting, after all I didn't do anything.I guess it's not normal, but I'm just curious what they'll do to me. Maybe something interesting will happen.

We stopped at the end of the corridor.

"You have to wait for someone to confirm your possession."

Is he seriously explaining to me what we're waiting for? it's not like a possessed person doesn't have human senses?

Okay, that's it. Let this person come quickly, confirm that I'm okay and let me go.

A few hours passed.

This is some kind of joke. Even more boring than during a walk through the forest of beasts!

I was sitting on the ground, leaning against a brick wall. I sighed with boredom.I heard someone's footsteps.

I stood up from the ground abruptly.

A woman came to me, she had light purple hair. She was dressed in white and purple. She had long gray pants and a suit that looked like part of a uniform. On the shoulder of her right hand were pinned six stars.

Behind the woman were also two knights, just like before.

She is probably a knight of high rank. She looks really amazing.
