Luke

I sigh and drop my book back in the bed as soon as Joel closes the door.

I know that I've hurt him, but he needs to realize what he has done. He should try to think more about the consequences of his actions now.  And he also needs to know what it means to worry shitless about someone and not be able to do something.

He says that he doesn't care about her when we know for a fact that if he heard that something happened to her, he would run miles to go to her. And if he can't run, he'd crawl towards her.

I knew it that something like this was going to happen, and I told Olivia not to go near him, and like always she didn't listen. I knew it when I saw Joel in the morning, he was like a zombie coming from an apocalypse. I bet he didn't sleep at all last night.

He told Avril and I yesterday that he wanted to return back to Royal Academy.

I was shocked at first, couldn't believe that he'd actually want that. He was telling me for two months repeatedly how much he hated that school and how it ruined his life and now he wants to go back?

''The only reason I'm going back is to ruin her and get the school.'' he said.

As if I believed him.

He can't even lie properly.

The whole world knows why Joel Cullen came back to Royal Academy, only him doesn't seem to know the real reason of his actions.

And I didn't disagree with him on returning back to school, if he wants to be close to Olivia that badly... oh sorry- if he wants to ''ruin'' her that badly, then I'll support his decision.

He asked father last night if we could return back to RA, and to our shocking surprise he agreed with a nod.  He didn't ask any questions, didn't ask for a valuable reason nor did he get mad at Joel because he asked him to return back to school when he asked to leave the school not two months ago.

And just like that, we found ourselves at Royal Academy this morning.

The best thing about this was meeting Lucy. We got to meet at our secret spot at the library again.

I haven't realized how much I've missed her until this morning.

I've missed her sweet voice, her sweet hugs, her kisses, the way her eyes shine when she sees me or when she talks about her books. I've missed everything about her.

My phone rings at my pocket, interrupting my thoughts of her and I frown as I take it out.

My frown is turned into a radiant smile as I see who the caller is.

''Hello, love.'' I say.
''Hi.'' Lucy smiles shyly.

''Is everything okay?" I ask her and she lets out a sigh.

''Everything is fine,'' her answer comes muffled.

I know that everything isn't fine, but I smile and nod anyway. I never be hard on her, she can tell me whenever she wants to tell me, I'll always be there for her when she decides to.

''Is Olivia, okay?"  I ask, ''Joel told me they met at the rooftop.''

''She is okay now,'' she says with a sigh, ''She had a panic attack while she was at the rooftop, but it passed now. She is sleeping at her room.''

I nod as a wave of sadness hits me.

Everything happened so fast we weren't able to prevent it. Everything was shattered at the ground without us realizing what was happening.
