~Part 17~

          ~2 weeks later~

          This was their family meeting.

"So..."

          Becky's mom (Khun Rawee) began, breaking the silence.

"I want to marry her, Khun..."

           Freen said in strong voice... Her mom (Khun Nun) was beside her. Khun Rawee looked at her husband (Khun Robin). He nodded at her. She said,

"I am just worried about Becky's health..."

          She said softly. Freen looked at Becky, who was sitting beside her, holding her hand.

"I understand you... But we've been through so much together and this is something we both want"

"I can see how much you both care for each other. But are you sure this is the right time?"

          Khun Rawee gazed at them and Becky sighed,

"Mom, I know my health hasn't been the best but having Phi Freen by my side makes me stronger"

          Khun Rawee smiled as she turned to face Khun Nun,

"Well... if this is what you both truly want, then I will support you"

"Thanks, Khun..."

          Freen held Becky's hand and squeezed it, smiling brightly.

"I will bring her to London for treatment, Khun..."

          Freen smiled warmly and looked at Khun Rawee. She was surprised by what Freen said.

"That's great! Please get married in Thailand, then move to London and get a treatment. I was planning it too..."

          The day of the wedding had come, they held their wedding ceremony in the beautiful garden. Thai music filled the air, Freen was breathless when she saw Becky coming toward her.

"She is beautiful in white"

          She whispered to herself. As Becky stood in front of her, Freen held her hand and,

"I promise to love you, support you and stand by your side through all the challenges life may bring"

"And I promise to love you and make every day a little brighter with you by my side"

          Becky replied. Then, they exchanged rings.

"I love you, BecBec"

          Becky smiled through her tears when Freen whispered into her ears.

"I love you too, Phi Freen"

          In the evening, they walked in the park together, hand in hand. Freen kissed Becky's forehead,

"We did it... now we have a whole new journey ahead of us..."

"We're always come out stronger on the other side"

          Becky smiled softly.

"Shall we go to London?? I mean next week"

"That's too fast"

"Yea, but I want you to get treatment as soon as you can"

          Freen kissed, a gentle kiss... When they finally pulled away, Freen rested her forehead against Becky's.

"Let's always remember this moment... No matter what happens, let's always remember how much we love each other right now"

"I will, Phi Freen. Always..."

          Becky whispered back...
