The dark trees loomed over the forest, their twisted branches clawing at the sky like skeletal fingers. The entire scene looked like something from a nightmare, with shadows deepening every crevice and hollow, and an eerie silence blanketing everything in sight.

A dense, dark mist crept along the ground, curling around the roots and trunks like a living thing. It seemed to pulse with each cold gust of wind, spreading its chilling presence through the forest. The air was frigid, the cold biting into Jimin's skin as he took in the horrific scene around him. Every sound, every movement was magnified in the tense silence, his senses heightened by the foreboding atmosphere.

The mist thickened, forming ghostly shapes that danced in and out of view, as if mocking him. Jimin felt a shiver crawl down his spine. Somewhere in this twisted forest, Y/N was waiting-trapped, helpless, maybe even terrified. The thought fueled his resolve, pushing him to keep moving forward, to brave the darkness no matter what awaited him in its depths.

Her emerald, teary eyes scanned the dark hollow, her gaze trembling with fear as she took in the scene before her. The mist curled around the trees, thick and ominous, amplifying the silence that weighed heavily in the air.

As she looked around, her heart pounding, her eyes landed on a familiar figure lying on the forest floor-Jihyun. He was still, his face pale, and he remained unconscious. A deep sigh escaped her lips, a mix of relief and dread intertwining as she realized he was alive but vulnerable.

She trembled where she stood, uncertain and afraid, the enormity of their situation pressing down on her. She wanted to move toward him, to reach out and wake him, but fear held her in place, the dark shadows lurking around them like silent threats. She felt utterly alone, the eerie silence pressing in as she whispered, "Please, Jihyun... wake up."

But there was no response, only the cold wind swirling around them, carrying with it a sense of dread that made her pulse quicken.

Her shaky hands found his warm one, and she clung to it as though it were a lifeline. With desperation lacing her movements, she began to shake him, gently at first, then with more urgency, though careful not to hurt him.

"Jihyun, wake up... please," she whispered, her voice trembling as tears spilled down her cheeks. "I'm scared... get up, we need to get out of here," she sobbed, her voice breaking with each word. The eerie silence around them seemed to amplify her pleas, her fear echoing back at her.

She watched his face intently, searching for any sign of movement, any flicker of life in his closed eyes. The thought of being alone in this dark, twisted forest terrified her. "Please... I need you," she whispered, clutching his hand tightly, hoping that somehow her voice would reach him, that he would open his eyes and tell her everything would be alright.

For a moment, it felt as though the world stood still, her heart pounding as she waited, praying for him to wake up.

Slowly, he opened his eyes, their usual warmth replaced with a cold, distant look as he adjusted to the dim surroundings. Blinking away the haze, his gaze finally settled on her tear-streaked face, her emerald eyes wide with fear.
