Fight In The Church

Ann grabs another pistol from the same bible and places it back in her holster. Liam takes out one of his revolver pistols and she notices he has Johnny's old Pistol.

"You still have that?" asked Ann.

"Of course, I owe my life to Johnny, if it was not for him, I would have never changed or even been alive," said Liam. "It's the only thing I have left of Big Bro, he sacrificed himself after losing everything. Back then the only thing I knew was to take lives from those who had done nothing wrong. I will make sure I will never do that again."

"Maybe you should learn to let him go," said Ann.

"You should stop blaming yourself for his death first because it seems you cannot get over him more than me," said Liam.

Ann aims her pistol at him, and Liam gets ready as she starts firing rounds at him. Liam fires a couple but that's when he sees her move side to side to dodge them with ease like she knew they were coming at her. Liam already figured out why this is happening even while blindfolded her Perk is still active.

"Even if I did not move, they would not hurt me since you are using rubber bullets," said Ann.

"Your power can even see that," said Liam. "This could be bad."

Ann starts firing at him again and Liam falls back and hides behind a bench and uses it for cover. Liam fires his bullet at a metal torch stand recoils and heads for Ann who moves out of the way to dodge it. Liam waits for her to dodge since he is going for a tackle, but she jumps up and double-foot stomps onto his back and hits the ground. She aims the gun in her pistol in her right hand and shoots his right shoulder at close range. Liam knocks her off and gets back.

"It's not fatal. You should give up before you get hurt or even worse," said Ann.

"She is using real bullets too. But I can tell she does not want to kill me," thinks Liam.

"I guess I have no choice then," said Ann.

She takes her pistol in her right hand and places it under her left armpit grabs her blindfold and starts to take it off revealing her eyes.

"Ah, shit she is getting serious," thinks Liam.

He moves to the right, but Ann sees this coming, moves with him, and shoots him in the right leg with one of her pistols. He falls to the ground in pain.

Meanwhile, back at Logan's pub, a nun runs in from Ann's Church.

"Logan, someone is shooting up the church," she said.

"What?" questioned Abigail.

"Oh, no Ann," said Logan. He started to run outside and headed for the church with Abigail following behind.

Back at the church. Liam was getting up from the floor.

"I figured it would end up like this. Where I have nothing left but to try something," said Liam.

"It's over, give up," said Ann.

But suddenly Ann felt she could not use her Perk and could not see the future.

"I guess you noticed," said Liam.

Ann looked puzzled about what going but she finally concluded that seemed impossible.

"How?" Ann questioned with a shocked face. "When did you get Johnny's perk, World?"

"I do not know I just found out one day that I can use it," said Liam. "I do not know but maybe Johnny gave me his Perk and you know his Perk is your Perk's weakness. Right now, you can't predict my next move, sis."

"You think losing my Perk makes you win? You're acting like a child," said Ann.

Liam steps forward but only for Ann to come up to him and kick him in the groin. He makes a painful expression on his face and falls back on the ground.

"What the hell?" questioned Liam in anger.

He was holding his groin in pain.

"What? I am a woman and a man like you could overpower me. So, I used my best option to defend myself," said Ann.

"What a lame excuse," said Liam getting back up.

"Well, Johnny told me to use that one when a man tried something on me," said Ann.

"Ah," said Liam.

He thought about it and would be something he would say that.

"You deserve it to look what you have done with my church," said Ann.

"Ah, sorry I guess," said Liam.

"Jeez, I swear you are as bad as Johnny was when he was a young man," said Ann.

"I came for another reason too," said Liam.

"What is it?" asked Ann.

"There was this incident in Darkwater where a young girl got murdered and the killer was never found and I met this detective, who believes that the killer is the same one who killed multiple women all around West Tumbel and I was wondering if you could help," said Liam.

"You want me to help find a murderer?" questioned Ann.

"Think of it, with your perk it could be easy," said Liam.

"I do not know I have responsibility here," said Ann.

Liam vision was starting to get blurry a bit because of his gunshot wounds.

"Shit," said Liam falling to his knees and passes out from blood loss.
