Chapter 13: The Final Battle

Anthony couldn't believe what he was seeing.

I'm not imaging this, right? He thought.

Once everyone was on the balcony, Doof didn't know what to do.

He saw what happened to Ian, he got shot and Doof hadn't seen him since.

His best friend was up next.

"I can't lose Perry the Platypus; I have to get them out of there!"

Then he looked at the huge window near him.

Perry and the group stood in a line.

One by one, they were gonna get shot and die, right there on the floor.

First one up was Pinkie Pie, who was terrified out of her mind.

During this, Anthony, still wondering if he was imagining or what he saw was real, began to get up and finally found himself standing.

"Ready, you worthless pink horse?" The Portal said evilly.

"I...I guess." Pinkie said with a gulp.

Right before the button was pressed, The Portal screamed in terror and fell, "PADILLA! HE'S ON HIS FEET GET HIM!"

The minions grabbed Anthony and pressed him to the wall again.

The Portal suddenly screamed in pain again.

"Perry, what are you doing?" Skipper asked.

"Nothing." Perry replied shocked.

Finally, The Portal disappeared, and standing in his place, was Ian.

"This isn't the end yet." he said holding the Eviltominumcollectinator.

The minions let go of the group and Pinkie, then threw their hands into the air.

"What the hell?" Mari muttered.

The minions holding Anthony let go of him and threw their hands up too.

Ian stood there, "Put this machine back in the lab and someone put an explosion in this place."

Minions went straight to it, immediately bringing the machine back.

"Sir, we have a self-destruct button ready and running." A minion said.

"Wow! Even these guys use self-destruct buttons!" Doof laughed.

Everyone turned down to Doof

"Yep, I'm alive!" he said, "and I built us an escape route!"

"Nice work Dr. D!" Pinkie cheered.

"Ian?" a voice muttered.

Ian turned over to see Anthony.

"Yeah?" he asked.

"It's really you, right? When I saw you wink at me, I wasn't imagining it?"

"Yeah." Ian repeated.

"But... I thought...I thought you were dead."

"Nope, I'm not dead yet, still have a whole life to live." Ian laughed.

"Can we just go? We only have like 20 seconds before we do die!" Joven yelled.

"Stay here." Ian yelled to the minions, "Make sure the explosion goes off."

"Hey, Perry the Platypus, you up for one last window jump?" Doof asked as they left the balcony.

"Oh yeah."

Once back at the Smosh House, Smosh Games had already left and were making their way to L.A.

But now, the cartoons had just said their goodbyes and were about to leave the real world forever.

"Do you think we'll ever come back?" Doof asked Perry as they watched Pinkie Pie step through the portal they had built to return everyone.

"Maybe." Perry said, "It would be nice to see Smosh again."

"Alrighty, got it to hook up to Danville, you guys can go home now." Ian said.

"Thanks for destroying The Portal, Ian. If you didn't, we probably would've all died." Perry said.

"Yeah, and then Anthony and I would have to stop our YouTube channel."

"YouTube channel? What in the world is YouTube?" Perry asked.

"Oh we never mentioned we were YouTubers known as Smosh?" Anthony asked, "I thought we did."

"So that's why you guys call each other Smosh, huh?" Doof asked, "Should've told us when we first met you guys."

Perry turned towards the portal, and then looked back at Smosh, "You guys should come to Danville sometime. I think you would enjoy it."

"We're busy you know." Ian said, "But hey, what the heck is stopping us."

"Alright Perry the Platypus lets go, I miss home." Doof said and ran through the portal.

"See ya later Smosh and good luck on your 'YouTube' channel." Perry laughed.

"See ya P, and when you do decide to return, don't build a portal that could kill us all, because we had tons of close calls." Anthony reminded.

"I'll remember that." Perry said with a tip of his fedora.

Then, he was gone.
