They arrived at the Smosh house minutes later.
“I can’t believe we survived that!” Lasercorn said out of breath.
But no one replied to him.
They were all in shock.
First off, they were shocked they survived with no one injured.
Second, they were shocked The Portal had created an army of minions
Third, they were shocked about Anthony.
Especially Ian.
He kept replaying in his head about what his friend had said to him.
“I’m not helping you Hecox. I’m helping The Portal.”
“He never calls me Hecox.” Ian finally said breaking the silence.
Everyone looked at Ian.
“What should we do?” Skipper asked Perry, “He’s going to be miserable for days!”
Perry turned to Skipper, “I don’t know.”
Pinkie looked at Ian.
“Man, I hate to see people upset. Should I throw a party?” she asked.
“We could have a little late night thing of ice cream or something.” Kowalski suggested, “Just not loudly.”
~
That night, they did exactly what Pinkie suggested, have an ice cream party.
But Perry didn’t hang out with the others.
He was thinking.
Not of a plan.
He was thinking of Anthony.
What if Anthony still remembered where he lived and broke through that door at any second?!
Perry jolted his head towards the door.
It sat there.
Doing nothing.
Perry looked back at his friends.
Were they thinking about Anthony too?
Of course Ian was.
He was Anthony’s best friend.
Perry yawned and finally said, “Let’s hit the hay guys, we have a huge day tomorrow!”
“What’s happening tomorrow?”
“We find a way to bring Anthony back.”
