Au Y/n: Wrong! The answer is all the time you don't talk to the enemy in any confrontation violence is always the answer no matter the circumstances of the villain no matter how tragic the backstory is you do not feel sympathy for your enemies beat them down just like they'd do to you.

Y/n: that just sounds harsh wouldn't it be better if you tried to understand where they're coming from and resolve the issue without jumping to violence?

Au Y/n just gives his counterpart a blank stare his expression unreadable.

Au Y/n: No take Kevin for example in the three chapters we've met I've tried to kill him multiple times I didn't try to understand him I didn't try to talk with him I just went with the killing option.

Y/n: that seems really barbaric just for Kevin wouldn't defeating him be enough.

Au Y/n rubs his temples in frustration he needed to get through to his older counterpart and try to mold his morals of bit. Y/n: since when is caring about someone a bad mindset?

Au Y/n: It holds you back people can use that against you which is why you need to shut everyone out if you don't care about them your enemies can't hurt you. I do it all the time and I'm perfectly fine my enemies can't emotionally manipulate me and if someone I know where to die I wouldn't feel a thing.

Y/n: that sounds sad do you need someone to talk to?

Au Y/n: There you go doing it again you're not supposed to be trying to understand me or sympathize with me you're not supposed to care.

Y/n: I can't help it.

Au Y/n: Look you don't need to be what others want you to this whole good guy persona you have is a result of what everyone else around you wants you to be. Look at Classic he did what he wanted when he had his powers that was the true you this is just a product of people around you.
