Sameera's POV
I sat on the steps to my house looking at the setting sun and reflecting on the past year, as always it was boring filled with studies, studies and more studies. I silently vowed to myself to make this summer the best one ever.My mum came out looking ecstatic and I wondered why.
" Samee, I'm going to North Carolina for the summer" she said.
" What!!!" I shrieked " Are you out of your mind we can't move now!!"
"Honey, I think you misunderstood me, I'm going to North Carolina you're going to Summer camp."
"Mum, summer camp is for kids not 16 year olds"
" You're going to the most prestigious summer camp ever, all the people going for the conference are sending their kids there, the company is paying for it so get your lazy butt up and go pack you're leaving for Carlifonia next week."
"But, don't I have a say in this" I begged
" Nope its finalized you're going"
"But-"
"No buts Sameera you're going, now its almost dinner time let's go inside" she said ending the conversation.
