Snake was flying with her friends, she tried to seem stoic and strong to get Destiny's attention, but it wasn't exactly working, she felt she would melt of embarrassment if Destiny saw her acting like this. Snake deeply wished she could just be the dragon Destiny loved... For a moment Snake thought of how her brother tried to fake being Bloodmoon, surely she could do better at pretending to be her friends and Destiny definitely liked Snowstar.

Suddenly shaking her head Snake cleared her mind of the thought, she also noticed Bloodmoon side eyeing her clearly knowing what she had thought about. Although the full idea was terrible perhaps altering her personality to be more liked Snowstar's would be easier than making a completely new one, although was that all Destiny liked about Snowstar?

Pondering this as they all flew, Snake determined that perhaps Snowstar's more muscular frame was attractive to Destiny, or at least she assumed it was, so perhaps she should gain some muscles?

Suddenly, Destiny and Snowstar dove down, night was already fast approaching, thankfully they were getting close and they were at a town so they could have a proper rest. As they landed Snowstar said, "I'll see if I can find us a place to rest you all stay here, ok?"

Snake nodded, but then Destiny ran up to Snowstar and said, "None of us know this place, it'd be better if we stuck together." Snowstar then nodded, "I suppose you're right, plus it's safer in case we run into any thieves."

Feeling slightly flustered by her immediate agreement with Snowstar going alone quickly being show as short sighted by Destiny, Snake went to the back of the group and followed. As they began walking around looking for any places to rest, Snake accidentally got her talon stuck in a bucket of paint.

Trying to get the paint off it proved to be quite difficult for some reason as if someone had added a ton of sap to it. Bloodmoon was the first to notice, "Um... We have a slight problem guys."  Bloodmoon said pointing to the bucket which was refusing to release Snake's talon.

Subzero suddenly stepped forward and said, "Hold your talon up, I'll try and pull the bucket off." His voice was calm which slightly assured Snake, so she held out her talon that was stuck.

Quickly attempting to pull the bucket off Subzero pulled with a ton of strength causing serious pain to Snake's scales as it felt like they were going to be pulled out. Suddenly, Subzero was stopped by a dragon wearing glasses, "um... You shouldn't pull.... It can d-damage scales!" The dragon said as he gently grabbed the bucket and added a gentle amount of fire breath until the paint melted and Snake could get out.

"Thanks." Snake said, she then looked at her friends and saw a shocked expression on Silver face along with a slight look of shock from Subzero. The dragon then said, "Well, sorry about my bucket, anyways, as an apology how can I help you and your friends?"

Snake shrugged and said, "That's kind of you but, who are you?" The dragon then said, "Oh um, right only Icewings really know me," he gave a nervous chuckle before continuing, "I'm Gradient, formerly the royal painter of the icewing, pleasure to meet you um.... D-did I get your name?"

"Snake and I guess it's and honor, that would explain why those two seemed shocked." Snake said, Gradient nodded, "Oh um, yeah... Um... Well what do you all need?" Snake then said, "Well, maybe a place to stay for tonight?" Gradient nodded, "Of course, you don't seem to come from around here so I'll be sure you're all safe, especially since Sandwing bandits are common around here." He said the last part with much concern as he began to lead them off.
