once you neared inazuma the three of you went near the deck and observed the city. you sighed at the scenery having flashbacks to when you used to wander around with kabukimono. you're brother.. the three of you followed beidou and met up with thoma. thoma looked towards your way and seemed to recognize you as he panicked. bowing 90 degrees.
"shogun-sama?!"
aether and paimon looked confused while you're nose scrunched up in disgust.
"i don't even wanna hear that person's name.."
you said looking off to the side. you then looked back to the poor guy as you clarified
"i'm not the raiden shogun. i'm just a.. wanderer."
thoma sighed in relief
"phew.. i've almost peed my pants.."
the three of you looked at him in disgust brushing it off with a side eye the four of you went to the registration border.
"please state you're name and identity and the purpose of your visit. oh- except you thoma"
the woman in kimono said. she then crossed her arms looking at us
"you must be.. new here"
she then looked towards you and suddenly gasped and bowed 90 degrees for the second time.
"Ah! shogun-sama! my apologies for not noticing you!"
you irked at the name as you sighed irritably and asked "nicely"
"do i really look like her?"
the lady tilted her head confused as she said
"y-yes..?"
you looked down with a shadow over you're head while aether and paimon sweatdropped at you
"she's not the shogun! she's a wanderer!"
thoma clarified quickly. the woman sighed in relief as she looked towards you and told
"phew.. judging by you're clothes.. you are an inazuman? if so you can just state you're name and you're free to go."
"I'm mitsuki." you then point towards you're companions as you exclaim
"they are aether and paimon. we're here to search for his sister."
"oh? well i'm sorry- we cannot approve entry for purely personal reasons unless you have a valid reason for visiting.."
paimon stuttered in distress as the woman said
"my apologies but i'll have to ask you to-"
thoma suddenly handed some papers as he exclaimed
"here are the entry papers. for you're kind perusal"
paimon shouted at thoma putting her hands to her tiny hips
"what?! ugh. take you're time! no rush or anything!"
thoma chuckled at paimon's reaction as he explained
"sorry. i just wanted to see what you'd say."
he said sheepishly you rolled your eyes while aether and paimon deadpanned at him
"i see. okay. you're papers are all in order. welcome to ritou"
the woman exclaimed. paimon sighed in relief as she asked thoma
"so, where do we go next?"
"the outlander affairs agency."

you walked to the agency deep in thought
did inazuma used to be this strict on visitors..
you thought with a small frown. you snapped out of you're thoughts startled by the sudden shout.
"two million mora?!"
"yes that's right. fortunately you're friend is an inazuman so she dosen't need one."
thoma chuckled as he persuaded
"these two are good friends of mine. i think you'll find i'm one face you recognize."
the woman infront recognized thoma as she exclaimed
"ah. mr. thoma. by way of courtesy. allow me to reduce it to 400.000 mora."
