Hyunjin POV-

Hyunjin closed the door behind him, leaning against it for a moment as he took a deep breath. The adrenaline from the confrontation with Felix still coursed through his veins, a potent mixture of excitement and satisfaction. He had expected resistance, but Felix's fiery spirit only fueled his desire to break through the barriers he had created around himself.

Watching Felix struggle against the chains had ignited something dark and thrilling within him. He knew that Felix felt trapped, both physically and emotionally, but that was the point. Felix needed to understand that this was how it had to be.

Hyunjin made his way down the dimly lit hallway, a smile creeping onto his face as he recalled Felix's defiance. Such spirit was intoxicating. It was exactly what he had wanted—a challenge. Felix's anger was a raw power, and Hyunjin found himself drawn to it. He wanted to harness that fire, to make it his own.

As he descended the staircase to the basement, where he kept his more 'intriguing' belongings, Hyunjin thought about what came next. He had created this situation, and now he needed to maintain control. He had to keep Felix on edge, to make him realize that resisting was futile.

"Trust is a two-way street," he had said, and it was true in a way. Hyunjin wanted Felix to trust him, to understand that he was the only one who could protect him from the chaos of the world outside. But Felix's resistance was a double-edged sword. It excited Hyunjin but also frustrated him. He needed to find a way to reach Felix, to chip away at the walls around his heart.

Hyunjin entered the room he used for his 'projects,' a space filled with various tools and gadgets, an organized chaos that reflected his own mind. He picked up a small, ornate box from the shelf, its surface smooth and cool under his fingers. Inside were items he had collected over the years—tokens from past encounters, remnants of his life before. Each piece held a memory, a story, a reminder of the darkness he had embraced.

He opened the box and examined its contents, his mind swirling with ideas. The longer Felix resisted, the more desperate he would become. Hyunjin knew that desperation could be turned into loyalty if approached correctly. He would break Felix down and rebuild him, piece by piece.

"I'm doing this for you, Felix," he murmured to himself, his voice echoing in the quiet room. "You'll see."

He selected a few items—a small vial filled with a dark liquid, a set of delicate cuffs—tools that could be used to bring Felix closer to the truth he needed to accept. This wasn't about pain; it was about awakening a realization in Felix, one that would make him understand that there was no escape.

Hyunjin took a moment to compose himself, focusing on the plan forming in his mind. He would return to Felix, but he wouldn't rush. He wanted to build anticipation, to let the tension simmer until it was unbearable.

With purpose, he left the room and made his way back to the place where he had left Felix, a sense of calm settling over him. He opened the door and stepped inside, his eyes immediately finding Felix, who was still chained to the bed, his expression a mix of fear and defiance.

"I'm back," Hyunjin said singsongly(is this a real word?), his voice laced with playful sarcasm. He took his time walking over, relishing the way Felix flinched at his approach. "Did you miss me?"

Felix glared at him, a spark of anger igniting in his eyes. Hyunjin felt a rush of exhilaration at the sight. "You should be careful with that attitude," he said, leaning closer until their faces were inches apart. "It could get you into trouble."

Felix's breath quickened, and Hyunjin could see the fear mingling with his resolve. It was intoxicating, the way he tried to maintain his composure despite the chains that bound him. Hyunjin brushed a finger along the edge of Felix's jaw, watching as he tensed. "You don't understand, do you? I can't let you go. Not now. Not ever."

Felix opened his mouth, probably to protest, but Hyunjin pressed on. "But I can show you things—things that will change your mind. Things that will help you realize why you belong here with me."

He pulled away, allowing Felix to breathe, a satisfied smile stretching across his lips. "For now, just relax. I promise you'll find a way to enjoy this... arrangement."

As Hyunjin turned to gather the items from the box, he felt a thrill of excitement. He would break Felix down and rebuild him in his image, and then they would be unstoppable together. The world outside wouldn't matter; it would just be the two of them against everything.

And Felix would come to understand that there was no escape from destiny.
