"Yeah Mum.... Uh huh.... Yeah... I'll call you tonight..." I said down the phone as i was grabbing my suit case. "I'll visit Lucy in a few days after i've settled in.... Miss you too mum..... Love you" i hung up the phone and slid it into my jean pocket. I couldn't believe it... I was back. In London... Im back home.

As i was wheeling my suitcase towards the exit, i was thinking about back home. Well, Australia. London is my home. I missed everything about it. The shops, the views, the sightseeing... Everything. But, most of all i missed my family. Me and my Mum moved to Australia after she got an offer for a job out there. It was a hard decision to make, but we decided it was best to go for what she wanted, what she thought was best for all of us.

Mum would be living alone for a few months. I missed her so much already, and I've only been in London for less than an hour. I worried about what she would be like living alone. What would she get up to? Where would she go? Who would she meet? It all worried me.

~~~
Hours passed and i was already at the flat. It was quite roomy actually, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, bathroom, en suite... It was perfect. More than i expected. I walked up to the window and spread open the silky curtains. Light burst into the room filling it with brightness and life. Outside, an amazing view of Big Ben. Perfect.
I opened the window and took a deep breath of fresh air. "Ahh.." I breathed out. "Home." I stood there admiring the view for a moment or two. When suddenly i heard a sound coming from a distance. It was almost like a squealing sound, i had no idea what it was and where it was coming from. I heaved myself over the window to find a large group of screaming girls below me. I was 10 floors up from the ground and all i could see were thousands of girls waving their hands and screaming. "What the..." I said to myself as i stood away from the window. I closed it, grabbed my jacket and headed to the entrance of the building.
"What's going on?" I said to one of the staff members. "Is there someone famous here or something?"
"Someone famous?!" She laughed. "It's only the HOTTEST boy band in the world!" At this point she was jumping up and down in joy.
"Mcfly?" I said. Her face dropped and then lit up in a cheesy grin.
"No silly, you must know who i'm talking about!"
I stood there for a while staring at her. She looked so excited. I'm surprised she wasn't with all the other screaming teenage girls outside.
Just at that point. I got it.
"Ah, One Direction." I said, smiling.
"YES! ONE DIRECTION ARE MOVING INTO OUR BUILDING! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!" She was jumping up and down clapping her hands with excitement.
I must admit, it was pretty exciting to have One Direction move into my apartment block. Besides, i did like them, especially Niall, and their music. I wasn't a fan girl like all the other girls waiting outside to be let into the block (which obviously wasn't going to happen) but i did like them. You could almost say i was a directioner.
I waited in the lobby for a while, pretending to read a magazine when i was really waiting for the boys to turn up. After 2 hours of waiting, i figured out they must have got into the building some other way to get away from all those screaming fans. I know i would.
As i made my way back to my room, i heard several voices. I tried to move quietly so i could hear them clearer.
"Move your butt, Lou!" One voice said. An Irish voice.. no.. it can't be.. One Direction are a few doors away from me?! It can't be them, surely?
"Move your hair then!" One let out a little giggle. I was so tempted to move closer to their door, but they would just think i'm another fan and hide in their room.
