Tell Me A Lie (Niall Horan / One Direction Fan Fic)

Chapter 5

As i woke up from my quick sleep, i checked my phone to see the time. It was 8:41PM. "Oh no," i said to myself, "i hope im not late.." I quickly jumped up and got changed into some sweatpants and a vest. Just then, the phone rang.

"Hello?" 

"Hi babe, do you want to come over when you're ready?" Ah, Niall's voice on the phone sounded hotter than in person.

"Yeah sure, i'll be over in a minute," i said as i was grabbing my bag. 

"Great, see you then!" He hung up the phone and i made my way out the door. As i was about to knock on the door Zayn answered it. 

"Olivia! Vas happenin'?" He shouted with joy as he hugged me. I laughed and saw Niall sitting on the sofa, watching us.

"Hi Zayn," i said as i escaped his embrace. He let me pass and then shut the door, i saw Niall and smiled immediately. "Hey boys," i said as i collapsed into the empty space next to Niall.

"Hey gal!" Shouted Louis from the kitchen. Harry was cooking with him, i quickly went in there to give them a wave and then Liam appeared from one of the bedrooms. "I hope you're hungry!" I smiled at Louis and nodded.

 "Starving!" I said, "I eat tons!" As i said that Niall looked towards me and laughed, i gave him a friendly smile and sat back down next to him. "So, what film are we watching tonight then lads?" 

"Your choice babe," Niall said putting his hand on mine. Wow. Niall's called me babe twice now! I love that feeling. It makes me feel special. "We've got comedy, romance, action... or... SCARY!" He made me jump, i screamed and jumped out of my seat. 

"Go on then.. put on a SCARY film," i said, laughing. I tried to make Niall jump but that didn't work. So instead i jumped on him. 

"Ahhhh!" He screamed. I laughed at him and tickled him, gosh he was tickleish! He couldn't stop laughing. "No.. please... stop!" He was trying to talk over the laughs. He got his strength, stood up and then pinned me down, tickling me. I screamed and tried to kick him off. Then, Harry and Louis walked in with the plates of food they cooked. 

"Look at them to ey," said Harry, nudging Louis to look at me and Niall play fighting. "Niall and Liv sitting in the tree, K-I-S.." Niall stood up and went to play fight with Harry, letting me pull myself together. I stood up, flattened out my t-shirt and went to see what food was on offer.

Me and Niall dug in straight away, there were chicken nuggets, crisps, sandwiches, potato salad, cakes, biscuits and a few cans of coke. "This is so good," Niall said as he was chewing his way through his second helping of potato salad. I nodded as i was munching on my sandwich. Liam and Harry were eating tons of chicken nuggets and Zayn was just drinking a can of coke. "Don't you want anything, Zayn?" Liam asked him. Zayn just shook his head and went back to sipping his coke and tapping on his phone. 

When we finished eating, we all relaxed on the sofa's and started to watch the DVD, we were watching Paranormal Activity 3.. Personally, i didn't think it was that scary.. but you should've seen the boys faces..

"AHHH!" Louis squealed, he jumped onto Harry's lap and Harry was trying to hide his face. Zayn was practically sitting on Liam's head and Niall was in the corner of the sofa hiding his face with a pillow. I was sitting there in fits of laughter looking at them. 

"This is why our girlfriends aren't here on movie nights, Liv" said Liam, laughing. I laughed and nodded my head, i looked towards Niall to see him looking at me, making gestures with his hand to make move closer. As, i moved closer to him, he sat up and let me lay my head on his chest. I could hear his heart beating faster and faster as the movie got 'scarier'. I was just sitting there laughing at him. 

When the movie came to an end, the lights were turned on and all the boys were still on eachother's laps. "Can someone come to the loo with me?" Harry said biting his nails. Louis put his hand up so they both went off to the toilet. Zayn stood up and walked into the kitchen with his phone, and Liam took the plates out to wash them up. 

Me and Niall were still on the sofa, my head in his neck and his arm around me. I looked up at him and he planted a gentle kiss on my forehead. "Well, what did you think?" He asked. I laughed and nodded. 

"Very erm.. interesting to see what the boys reacted like.. especially you!" I laughed at him mimicing what he was doing when he was watching the film. He laughed.

"Come 'ere, you!" He pulled me onto his lap and started play fighting with me, i was trying to mess up his hair and he was trying to tickle me. We were both laughing hysterically, and then Zayn came back in from the kitchen. "You 'right mate? You've been a bit quite t'night" Niall said. Zayn just nodded and sat back on the sofa.

I knew there was something up with Zayn... He wasn't as bubbly as he normally was. I hope it was nothing to do with me though.. then i remembered... the text! I didn't reply to his text! I must admit, i did feel a little bad, even though i didn't have feelings for Zayn, he still might have had feelings for me and i'm just ignoring him.. but i don't want to loose Niall over it, so i think it might be better for me to ignore him..

"Olivia?" Zayn said quietly.

"Y..Yeah?" I replied.

"Can i talk to you for a sec?"
