Who cursed me with this limerence?
The tragedy of an affection unexplored
For fear of a love unrequited
I did not wish to sink my claws into the mysteries of another
I did not wish to fantasize about the 'what IFs' of this delusion
Apparently sometimes logic is held captive by misguided sentiments
And so here I Am,
Lingering,
Longing,
Lamenting on a beauty unattainableI have forced upon myself the pity petting party from my lovely beak men peers
They see me suffer, and will wait it out with me till it ends
They would join me to ship me with the unattainable to make me feel better
Bless them
But hear me my loves
Let this ship make like the Titanic
And sink to the bottom of the ocean
Before it pulls me down
To drown with her
