Destroy the Temples

I braided back my hair, and put my robe back on to go back to my room to hopefully find clothes that didn't get burned. My children were all asleep, and every chrysalis looked to be open except the onyx one. I came over to it and looked up, touching the outside of it. I felt the flutter of a heartbeat, and thought I saw red eyes through the lightly opaque shell of the chrysalis. Then the whole room seemed to darken, only my other children's wings keeping light. I heard the crack noise as the chrysalis cracked open and dark goop dripped out of it. Then finally it ripped open as a black creature hung upside down from it.

It was much bigger than its siblings, and I realized it's wings wrapped around ifs body like that of a bat. One wing finally unfolded, with a pattern of a red eye at the end of it. It still looked like a moth, but seemed more skin like for the wings as they could fold in a way the  others could not. Finally I see a little face, its eyes closed and black hair falling around it. Its skin was completely dark, and then it finally opened its red eyes that had black sclera as well. They glowed as they first looked at the ceiling, adjusting to seeing for the first time. Then the other wing unfolded, making definitely more bat like as they uncurled. It had two pointed horns like that of Caleb, and two long thin antennas that had ended in a teardrop shape. It finally looks at me, and grins with sharp teeth. I smile at them, realizing it had the shape of a woman. Then it flaps its wings towards me and uses them like an extra set of arms. Her feet come out and also had that of like black crows feet. She climbs up my arms to my neck and purrs as she snuggles me. Her neck to over her chest is fluffy and soft and her wings wrap around my head as she gives me little kisses.

"Hello to you too little one," I say to her.

She purrs again while holding onto me with her sharp little talons hands. She's about the size of my forearm, and weighs a little heavier than the others as I come to find out when they too sit on my shoulder. She immediately hisses at them and tries to bat them away. "Let's play nice, I am everyone's mother we must share."

"No share!" she cries out like a child. "My mother, my beautiful mother." She smiles again as she rubs her face into mine. Her wings start to cover my eyes and I have to peal them off.

"Yes share, little one," I scold her. She huffs and finally flies off, hanging upside from the sealing. Her hair drips down as it was as long as her body.

I turn to all of my little mothlings in the room, "Now that you are all awake. We will need to cause some chaos soon. Anyone who can perform majick will accompany me." I'm going to have to think of a hundred names for all of them. "If you are still needing time to recover, rest." I hope they could understand me enough. Some started flying towards me nodding their heads.

"I can use majick!" one says with pretty blonde curly hair that frames her lighter pink face. Her wings are just as pretty as her.

Another one comes over to me, "I can fight! I can I swear!" Her brown hair looking tangled already from roughhousing other ones. "I remember from before." I blink by what she meant by that but she flew behind me before I could ask.

"I can heal my siblings if they get hurt!" A smaller one with short green hair and light tan skin. He looks shy but gains the confidence to come closer. "Here I'll show you!" And he flies to my face where the black one had accidentally nicked  my skin earlier when she was clinging to me. He puts his hands up and heals my cut. It was gone in an instant.

"Perfect. Please line up with your siblings with what you can do, and if you don't know where to go please ask me." I tell the rest of them, and shortly after some time we start creating each group that will infiltrate each temple. If we can knock multiple out at the same time that will distracted them enough to not get any support from Nuir fast enough.
