It was Rosalie that insisted Harry return to the Cullen's cold house with them.

He was especially cross when he was scolded into sitting in the tiny middle 'seat' in the back of Rosalie's silly red sports car. A stern Jasper and a quiet Bree either side of him.

Bree looked almost as unwilling as Harry, she had enjoyed Harry's odd things. She had fallen into the habit of leaving deer antlers and bones around the garden for Buckbeak to play with.

Harry thought it was quite sweet, until Buckbeak started trying to horde them under Harry's bed.

Bella was bouncing in the front seat with nerves.

Rosalie kept stealing lightening fast glances at the girl, either annoyed at her movement or worried over what may happen Harry wasn't sure.

It didn't take long for them to be pulling into the Cullen's drive.

Harry sulked as he followed the 3 fake vampires and pregnant human up to the porch steps.

The door opened and a flash darted out. It crashed, rather gently for a flash, into Bella.

It was Alice, eyes closed and buried in Bella's shoulder.

"I'm so sorry. How can you forgive us." she whimpered "Carlisle told us all about the new treaty and Harry's book last night. oh Bella, we were so stupid."

Bella, half sobbing and half laughing, hugged the pixie back.

"Oh Alice!" she whined back.

Harry rolled his eyes, it seemed Bella's back bone had dissolved into jelly again.

Alice moved on to hug Rosalie and Bree before ushering them all inside.

Edward stood, uneasy and fidgeting, by the stairs. He froze when Bella entered the ugly house.

The Cullen's moved into the living room, taking their usual positions on the 50 shades of grey sofas and chairs. Harry took is preferred position against the wall.

Edward and Bella sat together, making eye contact for the first time in days.

"We have a lot we need to talk about." Started Edward.

Harry huffed, he didn't want or need to be here.

"I was short sighted when I learned you were..." Edward broke off, apparently still unable to say the words.

After an unnecessary breathe he continued.

"I was scared, terrified Bella. I thought I was going to lose you. Convinced I had killed you already. I'm sorry for how I reacted. Harry's insight has shown us a way forward, I can keep you safe." Edward reached out and rested a hand over her stomach "Keep you both safe."

Bella smiled a bright, brilliant smile.

Harry felt a mixture of emotions watching Edward charm his way back to his wife.
