"Grab the water bucket!" my friend yells at me. I do as he says and follow him. We turn around the corner and all I see is havoc. There is fire everywhere, burning debris, and flaming or burnt bodies sprawled around the ground. "Andrew, stay focused!" My friend yells at me. I shake my head as if to clear my head and keep following him. He then points to a burning building and shouts, "You get that  fire out now!"

"Yes sir!" I yell back, running towards the building. I throw the bucket of water of water at the raging fire and quickly go to refill it at the well. Once it is completely full I run back and pour more water on it. I run to go fill it up again but I stop abruptly when I hear a distance voice.

"Help me!" I hear, I turn back around and run into the burning building. "Help us!" a woman yells.

"I'm coming!" I yell, "Keep yelling!" I yell again

"Over here! Help us please!" the woman yells again, but louder. I turn and go up the stair case, "Help!" I hear the woman yell louder. I turn left and I see a woman caressing a man by holding his head, "Please help us!" she cried out sobbing. I look around and there is fallen debris and fire everywhere, but I am able to find a safe spot to reach the woman and unconscious man.

Once I reach them, I grab the man and hoist him onto my shoulders and I grab the woman's hand, "Let's get out of here." I yell. She then nods her head and follows me instantly. We quickly run out of the room and go down the stairs. Suddenly, part of the roof collapses and blocks our exit.

"No!" the woman sobs.

I turn to her and say, "You will get out of here alive with this man. Don't worry!" I tell her assuring her. I then lay the man down gently and pick up the woman cradle style and say to her, "I am going to throw you over. You need to get out of here as soon as you land, got it?" I ask her with a stern expression. She nods her head. I then nod my head and shift my weight back and then forwards as I throw her over. "Are you okay?" I yell.

"Yes!" she replies.

I smile and look at the man. I then lift him onto my shoulders again and go look for a balcony. By the time I finally found one, I am sweating, and exhausted from the heat and the man's weight on me. I go out into the balcony and look around.

"There!" The woman yells pointing at me. Soon there are guys coming towards me with a ladder. They put it up, but it is too short.

"Andrew, go on the roof. There will be a rescue helicopter to get you two!" My friend yells at me.

I nod my head and hastily go on top of the roof. As I climb higher, I can feel the heat of the fire through the roof, and I can feel the cool breeze hitting my sweaty face. By the time I reach the top, the helicopter is already there hovering over me. A guy then jumps off of the helicopter and comes down slowly with some ropes and a carrier.

When they finally reach me, the guy says, "Put the unconscious man in the carrier!" I nod my head and quickly lay him on it. "Tie these ropes around him to he won't fall!" The guy says again. I do as I am told and look at him for more directions. The guy look at me and says, "I will be right back, I am going to put him up in the helicopter and come right back down for you. Got it?" I nod my head and watch him take the man up.

I look down on the ground and immediately I get nauseous. I look back on the roof and take deep breaths, "Everything is going to be okay. I am going to live." I say to myself. I look back up at the helicopter and I can see that the guy is coming back down with some ropes and a different kind of carrier. I smile to myself but then frown, I look at the roof and I can see red cracks in the roof. "Oh no," I say and I run from the spot I was standing. As I run, the roof collapses and I fall into a burning pit. "No!" I scream and I reach for the edge of the roof. I grab onto it and I hang on for dear life.

"Hold on!" the guy says, "I'm coming!" he yells.

I groan out in pain and tighten my grip. I hear a crack and I widen my eyes. "Please no." I whisper. I look at where my hands are and I can see cracks coming closer towards my hands. "No." I cry out as I plummet towards my death. I am falling for about seven seconds and I land on my back when I hit the ground. "AH!" I scream out. I can't move. I can't breathe. I start to panic and I don't know what to do. I look around and all I see is fire. There is fire everywhere. I try to breathe, but I can't seem to. I move to a crouch position and put my shirt up to my nose, breathe. I tell myself. Soon I start to breathe properly and I get up on my feet but then I collapse, "Ah!" I scream out. I look at my leg and I can see that one of them is broken. I groan out and crawl towards a window. I use my arm and punch at it, but it doesn't break. I look around and I can see that there is a brick on the ground. I pick it up and throw it at the window, shattering it. I take a deep breath and crawl my way towards the window. I go to one knee and look out the window. I am two stories high and there is debris below me. I look behind me and I can see that the fire is getting bigger and bigger. I look at the window again and say to myself, "I'm going to jump." I get on the window and look downwards.

"Andrew!" I hear a woman scream. I look to see my sister being held back by her boyfriend. "Jump Andrew!" she yells struggling to get out of his grip.

I gulp and I look at the ground. I can do this. I can do this. I say in my mind repeatedly.

I get ready to jump but then I hear my sister yell at me, "Look out!"

I look in front of me and see a log from the roof swing right at me. I hold up my arms to protect my face as the log hits me and flings me back into the burning house. I groan out and get up in a crouch position, "Will you let me get out already?!" I yell in frustration and fear. I crawl back towards the window and I was about to reach it when suddenly, the house shakes. "What the..." I say and look down. The floor shakes again and then the floor collapses along with the house.
