If you can't believe what happened to me a few minutes ago, it gets crazier.
We were kicked out of the club.
That's right, Lucia, Olivia and me.
Not the prick who picked me up like a plastic doll, no
3 women who defended themselves.
To be fair, we did cause quite the scene.
But hey, you can't just pick up a girl like she's a toy you left on the ground and expect everything to run smoothly.
So yes, we three are currently sitting outside on the stairs of the club, pouting and crossing our arms. We didn't even get to do our shots or dance, or ANYTHING.
"This sucks.." I murmur, leaning my head on Lucia's shoulder.
"yeah, tell me about it" she groaned, unstrapping her heels and massaging her feet. Olivia scooted away, grossed out. "ew, gross put those away"
she always had a serious issue with feet. The unhinged person Lucia is, she lifts her foot and turns it more towards Olivia, teasing her. Her eyes go wide and she abruptly stands up. "i swear, one inch closer and i'll cut your foot off" Olivia warns, reaching for her purse. But Lucia only grins. "i mean it, Lu, i have a pocket knife" she rummages through her bag while squinting her eyes at Lu.
"you wouldn't" Lu challenges, lowering her feet. "oh..i so would" Liv retorts with a smile.
When Lu finally puts her feet away again, Liv sits down again. I can't help but laugh at the scene. gosh i love them.
Lu leans against my shoulder and Liv against Lu's. My eyes flicker upwards and i shift when i see the bright pastel neon sign in front of me. Lu groans when her upper body slides to the side because she can't lean on me anymore.
"hey, you guys craving a Milkshake too?" i ask, looking at the diner in front of us. They both sit up and look forward, the sign flickering.
"hell yea"
---
Our laughter echoes through the diner as we all sip on our Milkshakes. I got strawberry, Liv Chocolate and Lu got vanilla. The three og's
ugh, we fit together just fine.
We were raised like sisters since our mothers were close friends. I couldn't have imagined anything better. So yeah, they really are my sisters, just not by blood.
Whether it was for building sand castles when we were toddlers, or playing jokes on our poor mothers, we always found something. And when we enrolled into school, we were the lucky ones to have most of our classes together. So even then, after school, we hung out and did all kinds of things. Sleepovers, movie nights, trips, everything we wantend. It was pure heaven, until we each found our college and went on with our lives and dream careers.
