Izuku had awakened a Quirk that allowed him to change and store female transformations. The Female Arsenal! Join Izuku Midoriya as he goes on to become a Popular Hero!
Izuku was sitting down at the computer (At home) with his All-Might Figure. He was watching the Battles All Might had fought. His eyes sparkled with happiness and excitement.
"When I grow up, I want to be just like All Might!" Izuku said to Noone but himself. It is his dream to be a hero, just like his role-model.
First, he needed to find out what Quirk he had and to see if it could help him with becoming a hero. The room door opened, revealing Izuku's mother, Inko Midoriya.
Inko is such a sweet mother. Always supported Izuku's fanboying of All Might.
Inko, going up to Izuku and placing a hand on the chair.
"Izuku, someone is here to meet you." Inko smiled and said with a motherly voice.
Izuku's attention now on Inko. He turned in his chair and looked directly up at her.
"Here for me? Is it Kacchan!?" Izuku asked with a sudden burst of excitement.
Inko giggled and shook her head, "No. It's not Katsuki. It's someone else. Come on, you have to meet him."
"Okay!" Izuku hopped off the chair and followed his mother out of the room.
Izuku wondered who this person could be? If it wasn't Kacchan (Katsuki) then who was it? Once they made it to the living room. Izuku's mouth dropped.
It was a man, but not just any ordinary man.
"Never fear...Why?" The Man suddenly said.
"Because I AM HERE!" It was the Number One Hero All Might!

Izuku got all giddy and happy, full of excitement. Izuku ran up to All Might with a happy laugh. All Might laughed and picked up Izuku and held him.
"Young Midoriya! How are you, little one?" All Might ruffled Izuku's hair.
"I'm doing good, All Might! Today is the day I figure out what Quirk I have!" Izuku said.
"Ah-Ha-Ha! Looks like you're excited to find out." All Might giggled.
All Might has been a family friend of the Midoriya family for a while. When All Might has the time, he goes over to The Midoriya's residence and visits Inko and Izuku.
"I am! I can't wait to find out and use my quirk to become a hero!" Izuku said.
"Why do you want to become a hero, Young Midoriya?" All Might asked.
"To save people and save them with a smile. I want to make sure that people feel safe!" Izuku said.
"Good answer, Young Midoriya!" All Might said with a hearty laugh. He put Izuku down.
All Might spoke, "Remember Izuku. Being a hero is not about fame or power. It's about saving and making sure the world is a better place."
Izuku nodded rapidly. "Of course!"
"When you figure out your quirk and grow older...There will be a surprise for you." All Might indeed have a surprise for Izuku.
"Okay All Might!"
All Might looked at Inko. "In The meantime, I have to go. I will drop-by some other time. Take care, the both of you."
"Bye All Might!" Izuku waved and watched as All Might left.
Inko spoke, "Come on, Izuku.. Let's go get you dressed."

Inko was blinking rapidly. Holding a piece of clothing in her hand. Inko had left Izuku back in his room to finish cleaning the dishes and when she came back...
A woman was standing in Izuku's place.

"Uhmm..Mom?" The woman said suddenly.
"Uh-" Inko let out. "I-Izuku..? Wh-What happened to you-"
Izuku had a nervous smile on her face. Izuku didn't expect this to happen, but she was more calm and mature...
"I guess my quirk awakened..?" Izuku said with an unknowing shrug.
Inko blinked a couple of times. Then she suddenly said in urgency, "Let's go to the doctor right away!"
Inko Brought Izuku to the Doctor, right away. The doctor nodded, understanding what was happening when Inko explained it.
"It looks like your son has awakened his quirk. It's called [Female Arsenal]." The doctor said. "Basically, Izuku can turn into a girl at his own will and store them, thus having an arsenal of women transformations. I don't know much Details on this quirk since this one here is a complete mystery."
Inko looked at Izuku. "How do you feel?"
Izuku, still being a female, looked at her mother and smiled. "I feel perfectly fine. Though at first it felt weird I'll have to admit."
Inko let out a breath of relief. All she wanted to know was if Izuku was fine. "Well, since how a quirk that allows you to store female transformation. What will you name this one?"
A name popped up in Izuku's head. "I'll call this Female Body: "Wanda". I think that name fits perfectly."
Izuku...Well now "Wanda" picked out the name.
Inko loved the name. "That's a good name. While you are in this form, I'll call you Wanda."
Inko didn't care if Izuku had the power to turn into women. She supports it and still sees Wanda (Izuku) as her own flesh and blood.
