Aurora sighed in slight irritation as she sipped her butterbeer, tuning Hermione out as she rambled about SPEW after Harry had stupidly asked her when she would give up on it. As much as she supported her, she didn't want to hear another speech about it.
She could tell Harry regretted it too from the way he sunk in his seat, Ron shooting him a dirty look as well. Suddenly, she asked,"Wait, how do you even get into the kitchens?"
Harry shrugged,"Dunno, you should ask Fred or George."
Ron nodded, adding, " Yeah, I can ask them for you." He looked at Hermione hopefully, a grin forming on his lips at the smile and nod she sent him in response. Aurora and Harry shared a look, and Harry shook his head.
It was the first Hogsmeade trip of the year, and so the four decided to spend some time together before Harry had to leave to spend some time with Raven. Aurora and Elea had been teasing him endlessly since he had asked her out, and it seemed that Raven's friends had been doing the same, considering they could barely look at each other without turning red.
The whole time, Harry had been spacing out, staring into space with a blank expression as the time drew nearer. Suddenly, he got up and fixed himself up, looking nice. Ron clapped him on the back, and Hermione sent him a smile.
"Have fun," Aurora chimed, waving bye as he walked out.

Aurora snuck up to the clock tower, thankfully, without being caught by Filch. She sat down on the edge, crossing her legs and staring up at the sky as she waited for him at their spot.
It wasn't long before the familiar sound of Harry's footsteps sounded through the steps, alerting her of his presence.
"Hello," She hummed, looking up as he sat down next to her.
Since they were young, they always made it a point to meet each other in their own secret spot. Something that belonged only to the two of them. Since their first year, it had been here.
"H'llo," He greeted lowly, smiling down at her. He flicked her forehead, and she lightly slapped his arm in retaliation.
The two sat in silence for a while, just staring at the stars they grew up learning about from Sirius. Then, Aurora spoke up.
"How'd the date go?" She looked towards Harry's face and saw a small smile on his lips.
"Amazing. She asked me when our next one was."
She smiled at that, happy for her best friend.
"Are you going to ask her out soon?" He nodded, looking nervous. She chuckled, reaching up to ruffle his hair.
"You'll be fine. She'll say yes, don't worry."
Harry nodded, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and pulling her closer. "Thanks."
After a moment, she spoke up again.
"Harry, you wanna hear another Muggle song I found? It's called Uptown Girl by this man named Billy Joel. It's pretty good."
He nodded yes. He always did.
She pulled out her cassette and gave him one headphone, pushing the other into her ear as she played the song. The two spent the next few hours listening to all the Muggle songs they found together. Sometime in between, Aurora leaned into him and rested her head on his shoulder, falling fast asleep.
Harry looked down at her and smiled softly, feeling himself turn soft. He felt the sudden urge to tuck her hair behind her ear and did so before gently picking her up and taking her to his bed. He slept on the floor next to his bed, making sure to close the curtain before drifting off to sleep.
