I'm scrolling on my phone and see a new posted picture of Mason.
Cute.
My door bursts open,
and to my surprise,
there's Mason.
I embrace him into a huge hug.
No words.
He's gonna cherish this.
Mason?
What are you doing?
Did you just.. just.. stab me?
"Shhh."
"Mase."
I fall to the ground slowly with the knife still in my stomach/back as he stood above me watching as I suffered excruciating pain..
And then.. I WOKE UP.
I woke up GASPING for air.
"Are you ok?" Mason says.
"MASON!"
I embrace him in a hug.
Checking his back this time so I literally don't get stabbed in the back.
"Actually are you ok?"
"Yeah I just had a bad dre.. nightmare just a nightmare."
"Ok.."
"Well since you finally woke up from your nap, I came not so long ago so I'm gonna chill and we can do something later. Deal?"
"Yeah yeah ofc."
"I know this is my 3rd time asking but TRULY are you SERIOUSLY ok?"
"Yes."
"Honest."
"Yes."
"Promise me and kiss your thumb."
We interlocked pinky's and kissed our thumbs.
"Promise."
I layed back to sleep with Mason as he held me tight and closely.
Now this is NOT dreaming.
