MAISY WAS INFACT awake despite it almost being one in the morning. She was scrolling through tiktok when she got the notification from Walker asking if she was awake.
She instantly responded with a simple "yes, why?" and waited for him to respond. But to her dismay, he didn't. And five minutes later, she heard a light tapping on Leena's door.
Walker.
She quietly untangled herself from the sleeping form of Leah and started climbing over the other two girls. She froze when Dior moved, but once she was sure she was asleep, she successfully got up and walked to the door.
Just as she assumed, she opened the door to find a gorgeous curly-headed blonde smiling softly at her.
She takes in his appearance, he was wearing black sweatpants and a white shirt with a grey zip-up and somehow he still looked so good. He motions for her to step out of the room.
Despite her confusion, she follows his orders and joins him in the hallway. She closed the door behind her as quiet as she could before looking at him.
"Hey" He smiled at her, whispering so they wouldn't be heard by their friends nor his parents.
"Hi?" Maisy whispers back confused "What's going on?"
"I can't sleep and i'm assuming you can't either. Do you wanna go on a walk with me?" He asks hopefully.
"Right now? Walker it's one in the morning" Maisy tried to tell him but he just shrugged and started walking to the stairs.
"Guess i'll just go by myself and be lonely"
Maisy watched as he descended down the staircase and shook her head before following him. Walker smiled to himself as he quietly unlocked the front door and walked outside into the darkness with Maisy by his side.
Once he closed the door, he turned to her and smile "I knew you would end up coming with me, you can never leave me alone"
Maisy rolled her eyes playfully and lightly shoved him "Oh, shut up" She laughed a little as she looked around "Where are we going?"
Walker smiled at her laugh and started walking, knowing the girl would follow him in toe. Maisy would follow Walker anywhere and everywhere.
"To the park" He simply says as they start walking down the sidewalk in the direction of the park.
Maisy nodded and fell right into step with him, following him as she looked around at Walker's neighborhood at night. Maisy loved nighttime, it was quiet, peaceful, she loved the stars above.
