In a dramatic twist of fate, Ruhi and Abhira both face life-threatening challenges during childbirth. Both are rushed into surgery, leaving their husbands, Armaan and Rohit, filled with fear and anticipation. But tragedy strikes—only one of their babies survives. When the nurse hands the newborn to Rohit, he learns the heartbreaking news that Ruhi has slipped into a coma.
