When Sol was absconded from the royal palace, away from his family he was lost and lonely, he thought his life will forever be shackled within this outer palace, but destiny had different plans.

One day, Minhee confided in Sol about his inability to connect with his wolf form or hear his omega since birth.  After knowing the issue Sol quickly asked Cheonsu for help but he suggested to ask the scroll which he had gifted. Sol quickly reached for the scroll inside his pocket and pulled it out. Minhee got to know about the scroll long ago, when Sol told him how it worked at first he was shocked and excited to see the enchanted scroll, he had even asked some silly questions.

Without wasting any more time Sol asked for a remedy for Minhee and the answer reflected on the paper.

"My mate," Sol's wolf whispered, tail wagging in excitement. Sol choked, trying to suppress his surprise, and started coughing. Minhee wasn't faring any better—his train of thought had come to a jarring halt at Sol's reaction. Concerned, Minhee moved closer, gently patting Sol's back until he calmed down. Watching this, Cheonsu stifled a laugh. "These kids... what am I going to do with you two?" he thought, facepalming with exasperated amusement.

Though Cheonsu had tried to keep his distance, he was getting tired of watching the two clearly infatuated with each other but too hesitant to act. So one day he decided to give them a nudge in the right direction.

"I think Minhee might stop visiting soon," Cheonsu said in a solemn tone. Sol's ears perked up immediately, a hint of panic crossing his face. "Why? Why would he stop coming?" he demanded, his voice laced with fear.

Cheonsu sensed the vulnerability behind the question and pressed on. "Well, he's been receiving quite a few courting gifts lately," he explained, watching as Sol's face grew tense. "A lot of handsome alphas are doing everything to get Minhee's attention. I wouldn't be surprised if he accepts someone soon—he is a beautiful omega after all, and most omegas get mated at this age." Sol's expression grew restless, and Cheonsu knew he had planted the perfect seed.

Though Sol said nothing, the thought of another alpha with Minhee left him feeling deeply unsettled. Sleep evaded him that night, anxiety gnawing at him, making him wonder, What is wrong with me?

A week later, Minhee finally returned to the palace, and Sol greeted him as warmly as ever. Though Minhee hadn't mentioned his absence, Sol understood. Over time, he'd learned that omegas went into heat monthly, lasting around 4-6 days. He had seen his sisters after their heats, and though they looked tired, it was nothing like Minhee, who appeared utterly drained. He'd always wanted to ask but held back, as heats were a private matter, usually only discussed between close family or a mate.

The three sat down for tea, light conversation flowing between them. But Cheonsu noticed Sol's reluctance and took matters into his own hands. "Minhee," he said suddenly, breaking the casual tone, "why do you always look so sick after your heat each month?"
