Listen, today might not have been your ideal day, but it's just a tough day, okay? Life can be a journey filled with the ups and downs and maybe right now, it feels like life is only downs but I promise you that there will be good times. I know it's hard to believe my words and it's okay, you don't have to, but please do believe that I am really really glad that your here.

Whatever today was for you,
I'm here for you. Always.

Some days can be tough to get through but look at you! You here, you made it through! Even with all the hard days and late nights, even with all the doubts and worries, you're here and that's worth celebrating.

I am truly so proud of you for holding on.

No matter what today was like for you,
I'm here for you. Always.
After all, you've made it through of so many bad days before and your here and that's all that matters, that you're here.

I want you to know that even on those days when things don't feel okay, your still doing so much better than you think. There is nothing you have to prove right now, you are already enough, just as you are. You are perfect just the way you are.
