It was Saturday, and Megumi was getting ready for the outing. He knew well and good if he was wearing casual clothes Kugisaki would murder him. He decided to take his dogs with him, just to annoy people. It was a past time Megumi had from his school days.

"MEGUUUUMIIIIIIIII!" Satoru called from downstairs. Megumi cringed and finished putting his clothes on, then he walked downstairs. He saw Toji and Suguru staring each other down, both looking so utterly disgusted.

"Uhm... Toji, Suguru, y'know the quote unquote idiot the white haired dude always rambles about. Suguru, that's Toji, my biological father."

"Mr. White hair looks like he's ready to blow-"

"What are y'all even doing in my house, I swear I took away your spare keys. all of you."

"Mimiko." Suguru replied

"But anyway, I think we need to talk."

"Can it please wait? like three hours I swear."

"Megumi, this is important, please hear us out." Satoru sounded pleading and headstrong at the same time.

"Then can it wait so you have my full attention." Megumi said, his voice sounding the exact same, but he had different reasons. He was not in the mood to talk to all three of them in the same room. Also, because Toji agreed with them, it was probably serious.

Megumi grabbed his dogs and waled out, both of them were pretty rare. One was an all white husky, while the other was all black, he grabbed their leashes and pulled his headphones onto his ears. Megumi sunk into the sound and feel of the music blasting in his ears, he let his legs guide him towards the meeting space.

"You're gonna end up deaf y'know?" Yuji said, while moving the headphones that way Megumi could hear him, Megumi glared at him.

"Well that wouldn't be so bad considering I hate it when I have to listen to idiots speaking." Megumi snapped.

"Ok, I was just saying," Yuji replied looking straight into Megumi's eyes. Megumi looked away, he didn't like it. The way this guy with pink hair penetrated Megumi's soul with his dark chocolate brown eyes. The way he could get under his skin.

Yuji and Megumi arrived at the meeting place, somehow Kugisaki had still not finished getting ready. Maki, Todo, Panda and Yuta were already there. Yuji was on his phone checking something, he looked distraught, annoyed and sad at the exact same time. Yuji's expression of a simple smile didn't change, but his eyes did. His eyes were sad, cold and suddenly lonely.

The same expression.

That the guy in pink hair wore when he transitioned.

Those same chocolate eyes.

That melted Megumi's heart no matter which body it belonged to.

Yuji pulled his eyes away from his screen, as Megumi shook his shoulder. Kugisaki walked out of the house. Maki looked ready to start drooling on the spot, and Yuta had to nudge her to remind her she was staring.

Yuji and Megumi were walking together when they got there, unlike what Megumi thought, Yuji seemed like he would rather not interact with people, or that he could read people easily enough to tell when they wanted to talk.

But Yuji seemed lost in thought. It made Megumi wonder what was on his phone, and why it was so important.

Megumi made sure to check on his dogs every few minutes, play with them for a few minutes. patting them when they got to the mall. Maki wanted to go to a new coffee shop to compare it with Yuji's coffee, who was saying thank you for the next minute straight. And Kugisaki wanted to go to a movie, then to a sushi bar that had opened up in the mall, and then go clothes shopping.

Yuji chuckled at Maki's reaction to that, and Maki protested to the idea because they only had three hours before people did some work to deal with the backlog that had built up over time. Meanwhile, Megumi was siding with Maki because his dogs weren't allowed in the cinema.

"I can take care of your dogs, I'm gonna have to leave early anyway." Yuji offered.

"Uhm... thanks?" Megumi replied, he was definitely pondering letting Yuji into his house that way he could delay the lecture from his parents more. They decided to start with the coffee shop, and everyone agreed they would rather go to One Drink rather than go to the store they visited.

Megumi declared their Boba disgusting, made so clear on the website for the shop before they went clothes shopping.

OK, so guys remember when I said the next few chapters in this fic would be Megumi? Uhm, yeah so this one will be more in his family totally guys. Sorry. (Sorry again I just realized I was reaching my 1000 word limit so no.) :) Don't kill me. :)

Finally after what felt like an hour, Megumi gave Yuji some spares to his house, then Yuji went on his merry way to Megumi's house to drop off the dogs, then to his house to sort something out.

Toji looked at the door that was being unlocked, he stopped arguing with Satoru and Suguru and looked as the tall figure in the doorway walked in. Toji was confused. The guy was too tall to be Megumi, not to mention his eyes were brown, his hair was pink and their outfits and vibes were completely different.

You could see a scar next to the guys eye, and another one at the very edge of his unsmiling mouth.

"Uhm... who are you?..."

The pinkettes done expression shifted to a smile instantly, his whole mood and the atmosphere around him changing so quickly it made Toji's head hurt. His smile lit up everything in  his face but his eyes, which stayed unchanging and tired.

"Oh, um my name is Yuji," The pinkette replied to Suguru's question, his tone so happy and bright Toji wished he had Satoru's sunglasses, he felt almost blinded by the fake-ass smile on the boys face.

"And what do you think you're doing here?" Satoru said.

"Oh I'm just dropping Megumi's dogs off." Yuji said, even though he seemed bright and happy, the finality in his voice could make it clear to anyone he wasn't elaborating.

"Why aren't you with Megumi and his other friends?" Toji replied, the tone of his voice implied he had some authority on Megumi.

"I had to leave early for reasons." There was a don't-mess-with-me edge in the boys voice, Yuji was clearly not afraid to fight.

Both had established clear respect of each other after that.

Sorry guys, I ran out of motivation, the confused this story with something else, then realized I wrote way to much. Word count: 1096.
