Three people were sitting and drinking coffee at Uncle A-ko's café in front of the military camp. Khwanruetai had just finished serving food to the customers when she arrived and saw that Mai Seek and Samlee were already waiting. She ordered a black coffee, looking around in boredom. Today, she was barely able to focus on anything, preoccupied with thoughts of revenge.

"That sweet-looking doctor was asking about you yesterday," Mai Seek suddenly said, making Khwanruetai turn sharply, her face showing displeasure.

"What's his problem? Why does he need to ask about me?"

"Exactly, Sister Tai. I don't know why he's so interested. The other day, when you asked me to deliver food instead, he asked about you again. That city boy is so nosy, isn't he? Luckily, I remembered what you told me, so I didn't answer and quickly left."

"Good job. Remember, no matter what he asks, you two are not to respond. If it weren't for the deposit, I would have canceled the contract by now."

Since that incident, Khwanruetai had been avoiding Chatklao. However, for the sake of the money she'd saved, she assigned her subordinates to deliver the food instead. Even though she hadn't seen him, thoughts of the young man kept haunting her dreams. Just last night, she dreamt of his kiss again, waking up in the middle of the night, unable to fall back asleep.

"Oh, come on, Sister Tai. You've got a golden opportunity here. That soft-hearted guy is paying twice as much for food as anyone else. If you don't want to see him, let Mai Seek and me handle it for you. You can make easy money without ever seeing his face," Samlee suggested.

Mai Seek looked at his friend and then chimed in, "Yeah, Sister Tai, I heard from some people at the military camp that he and his team are going on an outreach tomorrow."

"Really? Where? Do you know?"

She had assigned both of them to keep tabs on the young doctor's movements and report back, planning to seize the chance to get back at him.

"They said it's at Mae Fah Luang, Sister. The truck leaves the hospital at five in the morning."

"Perfect! Finally, our opportunity has arrived."

"Opportunity? What do you mean, Sister Tai?" Mai Seek repeated.

"An opportunity to get revenge, of course. That guy embarrassed me, so I'll make sure he learns his lesson."

"Sister Tai, you don't mean you're planning to feed him to the tigers, right?" Samlee asked with a bit of a laugh.

"Of course not! I'm not into killing people. But I do have a plan that will hurt him more deeply. You said he's going on an outreach, right? We could sabotage his work instead, couldn't we?"

Mai Seek and Samlee pondered this, then grinned.

"That's a great idea, Sister Tai! You're so clever, just like a leader should be. But, uh... how do you plan to interfere?" Samlee asked.

"I haven't thought it through yet, but we'll follow him. When the time is right, we'll mess things up and ruin his job," Khwanruetai said with determination.

Her two sidekicks widened their eyes in excitement, then blurted out, "Are you going to sneak out tomorrow, Sister Tai? What about Mr. Kong? Will he let you?"

Everyone knew that Kongphob didn't like Khwanruetai meddling in that sweet-looking doctor's business, so if he found out, he might put a stop to it.

"He won't know! It's easy. Tomorrow, he's heading to help with an event in Chiang Mai, and his truck leaves early. We'll just wait until he's gone and then take off."
