Amber hummed a song to herself while cooking eggs for breakfast. when Tamara came to her. "Good morning" she said as she patted her on the shoulder. "Good" Ambr smiled. When she turned to Tamara, she was horrified. "Don't say anything" Tamara said and quickly stopped her. Tamara had such tired bags under her eyes, red eyes and hair almost everywhere the air could take it. "I just... are you using any new concealer?" She asked Ambr on purpose, looking at her face for assurance. "Last night I was studying for a test - because I need to pass the grade and in a while I will graduate - somehow... I forgot about the time and I forgot that I need my beauty sleep" Tamara quickly explained as she poured coffee into her mug.
"I'll give you extra bacon," Amber nodded in understanding and loaded her with a portion of salted eggs. Tamara smiled happily and began to eat. She moaned at the taste and rolled her eyes at Amber. "Since when are you such a good cook?" Tamara asked in disbelief. "Thanks" Ambr smiled at her.
"Soooo....you and Lucy..." Tamara began, gesturing nonsensically with her hands. "Me and Lucy?" Ambr asked because she didn't know what she wanted to say. "Are you dating or do you have..friends with benefits?" Tamara asked.
Amber just laughed and drank her coffee but when she saw Tamara's serious face she understood so quickly. She meant it. "Oh...um...no we're not dating and no we don't have a one night stand" Ambr answered honestly as she leaned against the kitchen counter.
"But you like her, don't you?" Tamara asked directly.
Amber nearly choked on her coffee.
"No!" Ambr argued quickly. Tamara just raised her eyebrows at that with a smile and ate her breakfast.

"No I'm not" Ambr said quickly and threw her hand in the air.
"So why are you here if you're not?" Tamara asked with a suspicious tone.
"Because I'm watching out for her and you? That's what friends do" Ambr defended herself, but she felt that the longer they had this conversation, the redder it got. Her face was literally on fire. "Friends don't look at each other like that," Tamara said quickly and ate the last batch of eggs.

Amber gave Tamara a puzzled look as she washed the plate and put it on the line. "What do you mean?" Amber asked confused. Tamara just smiled at her, shrugged and went to her room. Amber looked at her door in confusion. "Fascinating door, isn't it?" Lucy asked with a smirk as she walked out of her bedroom.
"Yeah, did you ever notice how this door is two-tone?" Amber asked sarcastically, pointing at them. Lucy just hit her on shoulder and sat in the chair. "I made eggs and of course I couldn't miss the bacon," Ambr smiled as she placed breakfast in front of Lucy. In other side she put Coffee and orange juice because she knew she would only be drinking coffee all day anyway and some other liquids would be good too. "Awww thank you" Lucy smiled at her as she started eating her breakfast. "Oh my god, how come it's so good!?" Lucy asked incredulously as she chewed her food. "What can I say, I'm just a good cook," Ambr boasted to herself.
"There you are, I guess I'll lock you in here so she can make me breakfast" Lucy said jokingly. Amber laughed at that and drank her coffee.

"Who are you riding with today?" Lucy asked.
"I think with Aaron, you?" Amber asked, biting into another piece of bacon. "I don't actually don't know, I forgot to ask yesterday" Lucy realized.
When Lucy finished her breakfast she took the plate and was about to wash it before she noticed. "God, that gash on your lip just keeps getting worse, doesn't it?" Lucy asked as she looked at Amber's lower lip. From the fight with Chris, she had a big laceration there that Chris had caused, she tried to cover it somehow but realized that she never knew anything about make-up, so she just smeared it with some ointment that her mother recommended and left it alone, but as she noticed even Lucy's wound kept getting bigger instead of healing.
"It's not that bad" Ambr smiled at her and tried to get the situation out of you right away because she was having a big gay panic. Lucy rolled her eyes at that and tried to reach for the blow but Ambr was too tall unlike Lucy, it will be too because Ambr's reflexes are fast and she grabbed Lucy's hands just as quickly.
"Don't be like child, I'll just look at it" Lucy rolled her eyes again. Amber sighed and nodded. She cowered a little but it probably wasn't enough so Lucy grabbed her jaw and pulled her close. Because of a sudden doubt, Amber almost fell, but luckily she grabbed the kitchen island that was Lucy's.
