Feeling Kay's presence behind me his arms went around me and rested his head on top of mine "how you sleep?"
"Like a baby" he let out a chuckle probably cause he slept good too, this was the first time we had to share the duvet as I wasn't at home I didn't have another blanket to rely on when he's pulled it off me and got me sleeping without nothing in the middle of the night.
This morning I woke up to us cuddling, my body being on top of his and my face snuggled into the nape of his neck I remember falling asleep with my head on his shoulder but we got real comfortable half way through the night.
"I have to start making my way back home but I made you some to eat so you don't have no excuse to be walking around on an empty stomach".
I don't understand how he can through the whole day not eating like how your stomach don't feel fucked up? When I don't eat for a period amount of time I start to feel nauseous as soon as I eat the whole feeling goes away "appreciate you, lemme drop you back to ya crib".
"Okay" he lifted his arms off my body to get me to turn around but didn't let me walk off until I gave him the hug he wanted putting my arms around his torso I let out the biggest sigh feeling him embrace me "Kay?"
"Yea?"
"You can come to the hospital with me? I don't want to go alone" I was too scared to go alone I never went to see my abuela if I never had somebody by my side it helped to ease my nerves about her state and their encouraging words allowed me to enter the room and be next to her.
"I got you ma".
I took a little step back so I could look up at him "I'll text you".
"You gotta leave right now?"
"Yes Kay" he smacked his lips and shook his head. He started to stare into my soul, I don't have a problem with holding eye contact but that didn't mean that I wasn't starting to feel a little self conscious "what?"
"Shit might be weird but can I kiss you?" I've been peeping the way Kay been looking at me lately, the quick glances at my lips, subtle bites on his bottom lip when looks so I can't act like I didn't see it coming but so soon?
Do I even say no or do I give in.. it wasn't like I didn't want it since we were out that stranger phase would I be wrong to kiss him? "mhm, it's not weird".
"Fuck is a mhm? I wanna hear a yes or no ma".
I always saying mhm and this the first time he doesn't want to accept it "yes Kay" he moved his hand under my chin and tilted my head back before he leaned down I had to slightly make myself taller by standing on my tip toes, the second I felt our lips touch my eyes instantly closed.
