Part 15: urban nightmare.

And here we are...urban nightmare. Today i checked how much light we gathered. I suspect we'll most likely reach Impuritas Civitatis before we gather the required light. Which means facing the very syndicate who gives us our ranks. The hana association. But we can worry about that when we get to it.

Our first urban nightmare vic...i mean "guests" were a WARP cleanup team...and boy did this make my blood boil. What happened on the train..it wasn't a malfunction. The millenia long purgatory. That was intentional. Those fuckers lied to the general public. Sentence them to centuries of madness. Then when the train arrives 10 seconds later. The WARP cleanup crew. Go in piece the people back together. And they get off with no memories of the century long hell trapped on the train or the time they spent as human chowder. We also learned that those who buy the first class tickets get to be in stasis pods. Allowing them to be asleep through the madness. However the molar office and tommy and merry's disappearance didn't go unnoticed. Not to mention the first class passengers have been kidnapped by the puppeteer. Or as i knew him. Jae-heon. The very sicko who tried to bring back his son by building an abomination using dead children. It seems just like a lot of the other distortions that argalia has gathered. Hatred of me kept him alive by twisting him into a distortion. But that's not important right now...

"Those parasites!!! They know damn well what those trains do to people yet they still sell tickets. And people are unknowingly stepping into hell! Piecing them back together after it doesn't change the horror and insanity those people go through their trains every fucking time unless they fork over the cash for first class! They get to sleep through the madness while everyone else goes insane and becomes human chowder!" i yelled in pure rage.

"Wow...it's rare to see an angry jon." angelica said in surprise.

"What do you so pissed about...you should know how little the corps care for people. After all you worked for L corp." roland said.

"Indeed we did...but jon was different. Whenever the higher ups would call up and demand that he would speed up energy production. He would give them the same response and hang up." angela said.

"So what did you say to the higher ups?" roland asked.

"Do you want to come down from your ivory tower and work on the abnormalities? No? Then fuck off you parasites. That's what i told them." i said.

"And you weren't fired for this?" angelica asked.

"Considering the fatality rate of any l corp facility...yeah good luck with finding a replacement manager." I said. And so we went to greet the WARP cleaners.

"Greetings dear guest. I am angela, the director and librarian of my name sake. This is my assistant jon." angela said.

"We know why your here. To make sure the truth of the warp trains isn't known to the public. Go through that door. Win. you get the evidence. Lose and the truth of the warp trains will be known to all of the city." i said.

"But if that happens we'll get fired! I finally moved up enough to get this job." the rookie cleaner lesti whined.

"You don't care about the people who are made to suffer on w corps trains...so why should i care if you corporate cocksockers lose your jobs!?" i yelled. The way these three got on and casually walked through the human chowder that was once the passengers. Even casually making jokes sickened me to my very core. So I had no sympathy for these w-corp goons.

"Good to know we won't lose then." rose said.

"May you find your book in this place. You corporate lackeys." i said. Gebura took this one. It was tough considering w corp arms it's staff with weapons capable of ripping space. But that doesn't mean a thing to the red mist. They lost and now time to reveal the truth. I grabbed the books containing the memories of what happened on that warp train. And left the library via leyline fountain. I headed through the broadcast tower and soon broadcasted my message to every television in the city. They all turned to static showing only the white messiah logo.
