GABRIEL'S POV

After a few days of rehearsals and getting to know the city, the moment we had all been waiting for had finally arrived: our performance at the bar.

The energy was electric, and I could feel the anticipation buzzing in the air. My brothers and I were pumped, ready to unleash everything we had worked for.

As we made our way through the crowded bar, I felt a rush of excitement. The music was blasting, and the laughter and chatter of patrons created a chaotic moment around us. I was in my element.

Just then, a waiter zipped by, carrying a tray of drinks. He accidentally bumped into me, and in a split-second reaction, I instinctively pushed him back.

“Watch where you’re going, moron!” I shouted, but the noise of the bar swallowed my words.

“Dude, chill!” Kevin said, a laugh escaping him. “We’re not here to start a fight before we even hit the stage!”

“Yeah, yeah, I know,” I replied, shaking my head as I tried to brush it off. My adrenaline was already pumping, but I couldn’t let a little mishap ruin our vibe.

I pulled out my phone to text Estelle, letting her know where the bar was located.

< Hey! We’re performing at The Rusty Nail! Wish you were here! > I hit send, eager to share this moment with her.

But as the minutes ticked by, I noticed she hadn’t responded.

Hours passed, and my excitement began to mix with a twinge of worry.

Where was she?

Finally, it was time for us to hit the stage. As we climbed up, I could feel the energy of the crowd wash over me.

The lights dimmed, and we were greeted by a sea of faces, some familiar, some strangers, all buzzing with anticipation.

“Are you ready to rock?” I shouted into the mic, the crowd’s roar sending chills down my spine.

They cheered wildly, and I knew we were about to unleash something special.

We kicked off with our first song, and the moment the music started, it felt like magic. I poured every ounce of energy and passion into our performance.

The crowd went wild, dancing and cheering, completely lost in the music. It was chaotic, in the best way possible.

The bass thumped through the floor, and I could see people jumping, hands in the air, completely immersed in the moment.

It was incredible to see how our music connected with them. With every chord we played, I felt more alive.

As we moved into our second song, I glanced at the guys, and we exchanged grins.

This was what we were meant to do—this was our moment. I couldn’t help but think of Estelle, hoping she would catch a glimpse of our performance soon.

Midway through the set, I caught a glimpse of someone in the crowd who looked familiar. “Hey, is that…?” I wondered aloud, but the music drowned out my thoughts.

The energy escalated, and I lost myself in the performance, the chaos of the bar fueling my adrenaline. We were unstoppable, and I knew we were making a mark.

As we reached the final chorus, I shouted, “Let’s make this night unforgettable!” The crowd erupted, and we finished strong, leaving everything we had on that stage.

As we launched into our third song, the energy in the room reached a fever pitch. I was giving it my all, but I could feel the fatigue creeping in.

I wiped my brow, trying to shake off the tiredness, and when I lifted my head again, my heart nearly stopped.
