A/N: This chapter is based off of the "Heroes Rising" movie so if you haven't seen it I'd recommend watching it unless you want spoilers

I probably won't finish it all in this chapter so expect multiple parts, I'll put warnings at the beginning of all of them

"Kaminari! Mr Matsuda in the west district said his battery's gone bad again!" Mina exclaims from across our little makeshift hero agency. "Again? That old man needs to get a new one" Kami whines as he gets up to go help.

This break we've all been stationed at Nabu Island to do some 'real hero work' by running our own agency in a small area with no pro heroes, now that everyone has got their hero licenses. Although it's basically a vacation for us since the island was severely low in popularity and is extremely calm, the only problems we handle are miniature things such as helping old people cross roads and things like that, therefore Bakugo found it 'useless' and refuses to help.

The room bustled with conversation as my classmates answered calls from various civilians who needed help. "There's a lost child in the shopping arcade! Any heroes who are free right now-" Ochaco starts before turning to Bakugo who was lying on the floor reading a magazine, "No way." he cuts her off and I scowl, "Katsuki would it kill you to help?" I scold as the boy moves his magazine to look up at me, standing above him, "These dumb tasks aren't cut out for heroes. If someone loses their dog they can put up a fucking poster." he says dryly and I roll my eyes.

"If its a lost kid we're looking for, I'll go" Jiro says and I nod, "I'll come help" I confirm as Midoriya stands from his seat, "Me too" he announces and we all exit the building, Jiro separating from us as I stick with Midoriya since he doesn't have a quirk suitable for searching.

Midoriya and I walk up a hill towards where I had previously heard the shouts of a young boy, "You're Katsuma Shimano, right?" he asks as we come in view of a little boy with dark blond, almost light brown hair in overalls and a sunhat. We run over to the young boy as we both crouch down, "I'm Bunnyx and this is my friend Deku, Its nice to meet you" I say with a smile as we both look towards the young boy.

"You got separated from your big sister, right? Now come with me-" Midoriya starts before being cut off when a young girl, almost identical to the boy in front of us slides down the playground slide, a phone in hand. "You're late! That took too long!" She yells before jumping up in front of the two of us, poking a finger in our faces. "Whats your name?!" She asks angrily as Midoriya backs away. "D-Deku" He sputters and I look over at the girl.

"Who are you?" Midoriya asks and the girl stops to place both hands on her hips, "Katsuma's big sister, Mahoro!" she states sassily and I snicker. "Huh? Then you found your little brother already?" Midoriya asks and I turn to him, "She was obviously testing us. She didnt lose him, she just hid from him." I say, pointing at the timer of how long it took us to find him on her phone screen. "Exactly! You're part of that famous UA's hero course, but you're useless! If this is what we get then maybe that grandpa hero we had before'd be better!" She says, forcing Midoriya into a corner, him now on his knees repeatedly apologising.

"We'll do better next time." I state before walking over to Katsuma, "You alright though buddy?" I ask, crouching down to him and he nods, "I'm sorry" he says shyly, looking towards the ground, "Hey, it's okay. We need people like your sister to keep us alert. We were off our game and thanks to her, we can do better next time." I comfort with a wide smile before giving the boy a gentle fist-bump.

"Next time do your hero job properly Deku" Mahoro says smugly and I snort at the embarrassed look Midoriya had on his face, "Lets go Katsuma!" she says, walking away before the young boy runs over to catch up with her, giving Midoriya and I, a small 'thanks' before leaving.

"That kid is adorable, I would kill all of you to protect him." I state as Jiro and Ochaco run over to us. "Thanks." Jiro deadpans and I snicker.

"Katsuki lets have kids" I state as we both lay in one of the rooms, him sat up against the wall and me resting my head in his lap, "HUH?" he exclaims and I laugh airily at him, ignoring his confusion, "I met the cutest kid today! He was so sweet and his sister was hilarious, she's very smart, definitely a realist. You should've been there." I say with a smile and the boy looks down at me, "Tch. Yeah no thanks. I'd rather do real hero work." he scoffs and I look up at him.

"It is real hero work idiot. Helping people is what we do, just because you dont have to pick a fight it doesn't mean it's any less important. We do our jobs to ensure people are safe, not to fight people. Well that's how I see it at least." I scold before getting up to go make everyone dinner.

I walk out and hear a knock on the front door, opening it to see a crowd of the civilians who live on the island, holding different variants of meals. They all come in, thanking everyone for their work while handing us all the food platters.  "It's not meant to replace our gratitude, but please eat it if you'd like" One of the ladies say and I bow down in front of everyone, "Thank you!" I exclaim before they all turn to leave with smiles on their faces. Everyone then immediately jumps forward to get food, stuffing their faces as if its the last supper.

"Oi Kacchan, we're gonna go bathe then sleep! So we're counting on you for the night shift" Kami says before turning to leave, "WHY ME?!" Bakugo yells angrily, "Maybe cause you've been sat on your ass all day?" I deadpan as he begins to fume, I sigh, "Imma go shower and then I'll be back to help" I state before leaving for the showers, changing into pyjama shorts, slippers and a tank top once im finished, tying my hair into a loose bun.

I walk back into the main room and see Bakugo in his hero costume, "let's go patrol." he says, chucking a hoodie at my face before leaving. I throw the large skull embroidered hoodie on over my head before following in suit. We walk around the town, wordlessly, listening to our Spotify playlist as we make sure there's nothing sketchy going on, which there isn't. "How pretty are the stars here?" I gawk, breaking the silence as I look up to the sky, "They're alright." Bakugo says as I turn to him, "Not as pretty as you" I joke with a wink, resulting in a swat to the back of my head.

"This isn't how you get girls y'know" I mumble as I rub the back of my head. "Well it seems to have worked for you" He teases and I scoff, "Whatever. Stupid." I mumble as we continue to walk, eventually making it back to the 'agency' where we run into Midoriya out the front. Him and Bakugo share weird looks as we walk past and I groan, "Pack it up gaybo's. If you wanna kiss just say so, I'll even cover my eyes." I say causing Bakugo to hit me over the head again, "OW-" I yell as I side-eye him, rubbing my head.

"Pack it up, dickhead." He mocks and I roll my eyes. "Imma call Mitsuki on you" I threaten and the boy grumbles under his breath. I hear footsteps approaching from behind us and whip my head around to face the entry, where I see Katsuma appear. "Oh hey Katsuma, you alright?" I ask as the boy fiddles with his hands in front of him.

"A-A... A villains- come out!" He exclaims and my eyebrows furrow, "A villain?!" Midoriya exclaims as Bakugo shoves him out of the way, "TELL ME WHERE IT IS!" he demands, basically leaping at the boy as I hold his face away from Katsuma, extending my arm out to keep a distance. I grab Katsuma's hand, "Do you know where? Can you take us?" I ask and the boy nods before leading me away, the two boys following. What has his sister planned now?
