I sulk as I stand next to Camie and Inasa, Todoroki and Bakugo facing us. "You idiot! NOW YOU HAVE TO PASS AGAIN" Bakugo yells at me and I take a step closer to him, "ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU HAVE SUCH A PUNCH-ABLE FACE!" I yell in return, our faces centimetres apart as we both have a stare-off. I watch as he breaks eye-contact for a millisecond, his eyes flicking to my lips and my smirk widens, "What? Cat got your tongue?" I ask teasingly and he grumbles, "I wish it were a bunny" he remarks in a whisper and my head tilts to the side in confusion before what he said clicked.
My face flushes and I push his face away from mine, crossing my arms over my chest afterwards as I puff out my cheeks in an attempt to disguise my embarrassment as annoyance. "Lets get this over and done with, I wanna get back to some actual training" Bakugo announces with a scowl, "The stupid teacher didnt fulfil her role as the leader so the kids took over the class. This isn't something that just happens. If not her, someone else must be in charge here." He tells us and I roll my eyes, "Obviously-" I start, "WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" Bakugo cuts in, interrupting me, "QUIT YELLING AT ME" I yell back and the boy growls lowly in return, "You sound like a car" I scoff and he opens his mouth to speak but I cut him off.
"Wait- Shut up." I tell him, "DONT TELL ME TO SHUT UP, STUPID CHUBBY BUNNY!" he yells angrily and I seethe, "I SAID SHUT UP!" I yell louder before returning to what I was saying before, "Dollar store Monoma has to be their leader. So what are we gonna do about him?" I ask and Bakugo goes full sadist mode, "WE BEAT HIM UP AND HANG HIM FROM A POST TO MAKE AN EXAMPLE OUT OF THE PUNK! THEN WE MAKE THE KIDS THROW ROCKS AT HIM!" he exclaims and I deadpan.
"Why did I choose you" I mumble under my breath. "I thought the idea was for us to be nice?" Inasa asks and I nod, agreeing. "Wow. Bakugo clearly has a... unique perspective" Mic announces and I snort, Bakugo whipping his head in my direction to send me a glare. Inasa then runs off, attempting to become friends with the kids only to be humbled by various snarky remarks. "Is it just me or are these kids like super twisted?" Camie asks, "Wow what a genius you are." I mumble under my breath, causing Bakugo to let out a short laugh.
He then replies to Camie's previous comment, "Yeah exactly! So a little violence is necessary!" he says gruffly and I raise an eyebrow at the boys bee-line to violence. "Bakugo, they're just kids." Todoroki says calmly, "Huh? Well thats how I was raised and look, I turned out awesome!" he gloats, "No." Todoroki says and I cackle, "I think I might have a better way." he suggests and Bakugo's ears perk up.
"Oh? Why dont you show us what you have in mind?" He says, excited for a reason to make fun of Todoroki and I swat the back of his head as Todoroki walks over to the crowd of children. "HEY! THAT HURTS!" Bakugo barks out and I roll my eyes, "DONT IGNORE ME" he continues and I turn my back to him to face Todoroki.
Todoroki takes in a deep breath before turning to the kids, "My name is not 'five weenies', I am Shoto from UA and I want to be a hero. My father, Endeavour is currently the number-one hero but to be frank I've always hated him and wanted to forge my own path-" he starts as all the kids look up at him, blank faced. "WHAT IS THIS? A CHARACTER INTRODUCTION PAGE?!" Mic yells and I sigh.
"So boring." The kids say and Mic follows with a short, "TOTAL FAIL!" before Todoroki makes his way back to us, dejected. "Sorry." He mumbles monotonously, "Dont worry about it Sho'. You did good." I comfort as I pat him on the back. "Hey, you three have been like yelling and running over them this whole time but dont you think it would be better to, like, show them how cool our quirks are?" Camie asks and I pause, she came up with that?
"I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SUGGEST THAT!" Bakugo scowls, his ego bruised. "No you weren't." I say and he crosses his arms over his chest, "No I wasn't." he confirms. We all huddle together to form a plan as the kids shit-talk us loudly. "We're stronger than you and we'll prove it!" They all yell and they get in a fighting stance and Bakugo pushes me behind him, "Then bring it on! Let's have a proper fight!" he yells in return as sparks ignite from his palms.
"STOOPING TO THEIR LEVEL WOULD BE THE EPITOME OF FOLLY MY PEERS!" Weird-boy yells from next to Mic and I shriek, "MEATBALL MAN!" I yell, hiding behind Camie. Bakugo grabs my bicep and pulls me behind him a second before a flurry of attack come at us from the children, him blasting them away effortlessly. "Dont fight until you're fully recovered." He says, "You gonna be my knight in shining armour or what?" I ask teasingly and a tick mark appears on his forehead in response as I snicker.
"They countered all of our attacks effortlessly?" One kid asks, surprised. "They think they're better than us cause they're older." Rip-off Monoma instigates and I roll my eyes, "Come on everyone. Let's show em what we've got!" the kid from before announces and a little girl steps forward. "I've got this." She says as she hold her index fingers up to either side of her head, a heart appearing on her forehead, "Queen Beam... Shoot!" she announces as she launches the heart straight at Todoroki.
Dust makes its way around the stadium, blocking our vision. I cough and it slowly clears as I look towards Todoroki who was sparkling in the same way Aoyama usually does. "Hey." He starts before looking up at the girl, "Wow, you've got such a beautiful face, dear. Dont let that frown spoil the effect" He says as his eyes twinkle, his hand outstretched in her direction. The girl begins to gush before Todoroki disappears, replaced by Camie.
Bakugo and I glance at each other before we burst out laughing. "'You've got such a beautiful face my dear' that killed me Glamouroki! Seriously I might die!" Bakugo mocks and we both continue cackling, "I dont know, was it that funny?" Todoroki speculates as Bakugo and I hold onto each other for support so we dont topple to the ground.
"LETS DO THE PLAN NOW" Inasa announces before picking up all the kids using his wind quirk, Camie then creating a beautiful view of the Northern-Lights with hers and Todoroki making an ice slide. I stand next to Bakugo as we watch the kids fawn over the use of their quirks and nudge him with my elbow, "Good job. This was all thanks to your plan." I say with a smirk and he leans down slightly to tower over me, our faces an inch apart, "Of course I did a good job, when have I not?" he replies cockily and I roll my eyes, my smile still printed onto my face.
He then looks around before locking his eyes on something behind me and before I can turn to see it he kisses me on the cheek before standing up all the way, "Hold on, I'll be back in a second." he says, walking away and I just nod lazily, my entire face going mushy as I smile in a 'love-struck' manner.

The five of us walk down a hallway after the kids had left and everyone had gotten changed, the four now having their provisional licenses and mine not being suspended. "After that I think we're meant to be friends! Our quirks work so well together!" Inasa says to Todoroki, "You think so?" the boy asks before Camie interrupts, "Yeah, and Bakugo you're actually not bad if you dont talk. Try shutting up" she says and Bakugo growls, "YOU SHUT UP!" he yells and I smile, "You're so hot" I say and the turns around, "YOU SHUT UP TOO!" he yells again and Camie and I laugh.
