I was hoping to have this story done by the end of 2024 but that's clearly not going to happen, my guestimate for the finale of this story will be either at the end of January or the beginning of February.

It all depends on how fast I write but I hope you guys are excited for the climax of this story ( pun intended?).

I crack my eyes open as my head is pounding, I look around the room and realize I'm not at my house and this isn't my room.

Where the fuck am I?

I lift my body from the squeaky mattress and stretch.

" sweetheart come back," a husky male voice says from the other side of the bed, oh right I went home with a guy last night.

" I'm not your sweetheart," I say getting up from the messy bed, I look around for the clothes that I threw everywhere last night.

Great now I'm gonna have to do the walk shame again.

" whatever " he grumbles and turns towards me, he watches me try to find my clothes.

"John... no Josh right?" I say pointing to him confused.

" Jared," he says annoyed, I roll my eyes at him but I am too busy trying to find my bra on his disgusting floor.

" I like Josh better, anyways do you know where I threw my underwear?" I ask as I find my bra on his drum set and quickly put it on.

" Yeah" he groans and pulls my thong from under his blanket, he throws them at me and I catch them with a wink.

" well this was fun Josh-"

" Jared" he corrects again and pulls the blanket over his head, I finish putting my dress on and heels with a huff.

" anyways see you never," I say as I open his bedroom.

"Good" he yells through the blanket and I laugh a little.

One-night stands are always fun.

" Hello?"

" Rob I'm at work right now.... I-" I look up from my painting and watch as my new coworker walks to the bathroom.

We haven't gotten to know each other since I started working here, she is always busy dealing with her boyfriend.

Of course, she went to the bathroom when I was about to go in there, I had been holding my pee since lunch since I wanted to finish some work up.

I waited a respectable 15 minutes for her to come out but I was crossing my legs at this point and I didn't want to embarrass myself by peeing my pants.

After the 15 minutes were up I slowly walked to the bathroom, half because I was hoping she would come out soon and the other half because if I started to run my bladder would release.

I carefully opened the lady's room door and saw Jasmine crying in front of the sink, she had one hand on the sink with her phone under her hand and the other was blocking her face, her silky blonde hair was swaying in the air as she sobbed.
