// light body horror + implied violence

Sat behind a tree, Jevin held his knees to his chest, staring down at the grass. Silence had fallen over the seemingly endless plains that he and the other sprunki resided in. He could see the stains of splattered blood on his cloak, with a little blood staining his necklace. It wasn't his own blood - he was physically unscathed. But his ears were still ringing from the shouting and sounds of bodies being ripped apart and mangled.

Still sitting there, he looked up, noticing Pinki staggering past. Her face appeared to have been bludgeoned, with blood pouring out of her mouth. Her eyes seemed to be bloodshot, bulging out of her sockets.

The sight of her made him rise from where he was and begin approaching. He pulled his hood down slightly as he stepped closer to her, but he froze upon seeing her turn her head to view him. Partially out of fear of her head suddenly snapping over to him, but primarily because of how she looked.

Her face had been ripped off, exposing the muscles and everything nasty underneath. She lacked eyelids, which explained the bloodshot eyes. Most of her teeth were gone, with one of the remaining teeth appearing chipped. From what he could tell, her tongue was gone, which seemed to be causing a lot of the blood that was falling from her mouth. A lot of it also came from her gums. Cuts littered her body and her clothes being partially torn and cut.

Jevin hesitated. His skin was crawling while looking at her face, forcing him to look elsewhere. Seeing her in such a state was painful.

She began to mumble something, like she was trying to speak, but all she could do was make mumbling noises. The blood didn't help her coherency either. It didn't help his discomfort.

"Um.. what?" He asked, hesitantly. Pinki huffed, but stopped her mumbling when she realized that she wasn't coherent.

"Any...way... is Black still here?" He followed up with, finally managing to push past his discomfort and look up at her face to see her reaction. She shook her head as soon as he did so, allowing him to lower his head again.

Jevin went to speak again, but was cut off when he heard the calling of someone's voice.

"Jev! Pinki!"

It was Fun Bot, dragging Gray by the arm as they rushed the two of them.

"You two survived?" Jevin called back, though the aforementioned duo had just come to a halt in front of them when they'd gotten a reply. Gray was panting, out of breath, knees partially bent from his panting.

"I was able to hide," He explained between breaths, looking up, "Fun Bot coOH, GOD."

He caught a glimpse of Pinki's face, causing him to look back down at the grass, even eliciting a gag. Fun Bot, on the other hand, didn't seem fazed. Likely due to his nature as a robot.

"I couldn't be destroyed, neither could Mr. Fun Computer," They explained, "I don't know if Tunner's alive, but we got him to one of the cabins and Gray managed to bandage him up."

Pinki began to mumble again, this time being ever so slightly more coherent. She mumbled something that sounded vaguely like 'he got shot though', including a stutter on the third 't'. Jevin seemed to understand her this time, even just barely.

"Was he conscious when you got him, Gray?" He asked, stepping back from all three. Gray, not breaking his gaze from the grass, nodded.

"Yeah... yeah, he was conscious. Delirious, but conscious." He replied, forcing himself to glance up for just a second. He could feel his stomach churn, so he had to look down again.
