A voice heard as soon as she lifted the call “ darling, do you really need to do this?”

“ things will be alright , we wanted this . Together we worked for this ” luna said with a soft voice

“ are you sure?  There are a million different ways we can do this …I don't want you to go anywhere near that bastard ”  the girl continued.

“I have already  decided but don't worry, I can handle this.” Luna said softly  though she knows something about this has always felt wrong. But she made up her mind to take matters into her own hands

Ending the call. Luna stepped out of the cab ,which stopped  in front of the tall building
Jade corporation.  A company founded by Mr. Jade Foster in his late 30's. He is well known for his ruthless mass murders he committed. A famous figure in both the underworld and for his uninterrupted success in rules the business

She takes a deep breath before stepping forward knowing she is going to be  hit by something hard.

The elevator was full of whispers . More than they usually do. Everyone is fussing about the young CEO finally deciding to have an assistant after 3 years from the death of his previous one. Not many know about his death.

“Have you heard that Alex set up an interview for a personal assistant.” One said

“ don't even start , the 10th floor is full of people.”

“I would, who is gonna the unlucky person”

“ Alex never had a pa before… I wonder what changed his mind to have one”

“ Shhh ....lower your voice…never call him by his name out loud.” The other one panics a little

Hearing all these whispers . Luna starts getting nervous . She stepped out on the 10th floor.
The whispers on the elevator increases. Luna can feel the weight of stares as she makes her way to sit. She looks young and kinda short to mention.

It has been 2 hours since she came. Every minute   that passed felt like an eternity . As they said, there were a lot of people who came to take the interview . Luna's eyes roaming between the people. She observed everyone in detail without staring for too long , not to get caught . Everyone there looked soo experienced  unlike Luna. This was her first interview.

Luna knocks softly before entering the cabin. Her eyes slightly widened as they landed on him.

‘Alex Foster ,The CEO of the jade’s  corporation. I thought he was 27. Doesn't look like one to me. Anyway I need to be careful around him.Papa said he is a criminal. A cold blooded criminal' Luna thinks standing at the door.

“You must be  no. 73 ,name -Luna william.” A voice came from her right side. Luna quickly looked in that direction.  A tall man was standing there with a file in his hand. He gestured her to take a seat.

While Alex was too busy looking at his laptop.
His eyes were cold as ice as he scanned the screen. He didn't even  look at her resume. Which took her all night to make. Remake, over and over again.
