^ Early Life
Tiana Nicole Williams was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 23rd, 1995. She is half Black ( Father ) and Puerto Rican ( Mother ). She has two sisters and a brother. She graduated high school in 2011. As a teenager, she was very shy yet ambitious. She trained at a wrestling school owned by Dean Malenko located in Tampa, Florida.

Independent Circuit ( 2017 - 2020 )
Tiana made her debut at the age of 21 on July 7, 2016 under the ring name Seven. She debuted in WOW ( Women Of Wrestling ) alongside Frost in a tag team match defeating the team of Azucar and Lana Star.
She joined NWA ( National Wrestling Association ) soon after, winning the promotion's tag team championship with Tatevik. Losing the championships 6 months later. Nova then appeared in WWE ( World Wrestling Entertainment ) participating in the Mae Young Classic in 2018, being eliminated in the 3rd round by Io Shirai.
In early 2019 she made her official debut in World Wonder Ring Stardom as the name Ti-Aura ( pronounced Tee-aw-ruh ) against Giulia. She stayed in Stardom until April of 2020 with the Corona Virus outbreak that lead to a pandemic worldwide.
Impact Wrestling / Total Nonstop Action Wrestling ( 2021 - present )
After over a year of hiatus due to the global pandemic, she made her Impact Wrestling debut under the name Stella Nova on June 17, 2021 competing in a battle royal to determine the next No.1 contender for the Knockouts World Championship. She was then eliminated by Chelsea Green which kick started their brief feud leading to Slammiversery in July 15 with Stella coming out victorious.
On August 3, Nova began a feud with Mickie James which lasted up until Bound for Glory where she was defeated by the hall of famer via pinfall. On October 27, at Turning Point, Stella defeated Deonna Purrazzo to become the No.1 contender to face Trinity for the Impact Knockouts World Championship. On December 9, at Final Resolution, Stella Nova and Trinity defeated Deonna Purrazzo and Gisele Shaw.
Following Bound for Glory, it was announced that Impact Wrestling would be rebranding back to Total Nonstop Action ( TNA ) Wrestling in 2024, therefore the title would become the TNA Knockouts World Championship. On January 13, 2024, at Hard to Kill, Stella won the TNA Knockouts World Championship defeating Trinity, thus ending her reign at 182 days. On the January 25 episode of TNA Impact!, Stella successfully defended her title against Trinity in a rematch.
^ Professional Wrestling Style and Persona
Nova's stage name was inspired by her family cat 'Stella'. Her finisher during her time in WOW and NWA was named '8 9' was her own spin of The Brian Kendrick's finisher 'sliced bread #2'. While wrestling in Stardom she used the finisher 'Shoe fits' originally named 'Eclipse' used by Ember Moon. In TNA she debuted a new finisher in which she is most known for called 'Supernova' which is originally called 'The Shooting Star Press'. She also uses the 'black widow' which is a submission move occasionally.
Stella's character is described as "having her head the clouds and completely unpredictable". She's "out of this world" in both her looks and in-ring abilities. She describes herself as "the brightest star in the ring" and often uses it as a catchphrase. Her wrestling style is a mixture of a Striker and Technician. Now also adapting the 'High Flyer' style once returning to Wrestling in 2021 with her newest gimmick.
^ Personal Life
In June of 2020 she announced her engagement to boyfriend of 2 years NFL player Stefon Diggs, separating only 6 months after the announcement.
She was trained by Brian Kendrick during her year-long hiatus from 2020-2021.
In 2019 it was rumoured that she was in a relationship with Kenny Omega but nothing was ever confirmed.
Her theme is "Stars In the Night" (orig. Paige).
Her in-ring gear is celestial design centered. Her outfits are a mixture of Candice Michelle and Melina.
