"Things are really getting out of hand..." Husker commented as he and the other hotel staff were watching TV at Charlie's office, since the lobby is overflowing with new residents. "Yeah, what are you going to do?" Angel asked as he turned to face the radio demon, sitting at the far end of the room as he refused to engage in any advanced technology. On the TV screen there were dozens of sinners holding signs and screaming Alastor and Vox's names like a cult, there were even some wearing shirts and holding fan-made light sticks. "Feed them with LUST." was everything Alastor had to say as he took another sip from his red mug, looking very unbothered and making Vox chuckle.
"Aren't you alarmed even a bit?" Vaggie asked, watching the sinners gathering around the hotel from the office's window with a worried expression. "Not at all my dear, great power comes with great responsibility." the deer replied before taking one last sip and standing up; "I'll be in my room if anything serious happens, please DO HESITATE." he added before walking out the door, Vox of course - right behind him.

Once they were both back in the penthouse, Alastor fixed his bow-tie and grabbed his cheap replacement for a cane before turning to face the TV demon. "I'm heading out, gotta find some sinners to devour." he declared, yet Vox didn't seem very approving; "You can devour me." he suggested with a concerned smile before holding gently to the deer's arm, and Alastor rolled his eyes. "One day, I might." he said in annoyance before attempting to go out, but Vox's grip tightened. "Wait... it's not safe, let me come with you." he suggested, and Alastor brushed him off; "Nonsense!" he commented, ready to head out again, yet Vox was persistent. "Wait Al, i'm serious, you haven't gained your powers back yet, and with all the attention you get lately, it really might be dangerous." the TV demon explained, not releasing the deer's arm, making him huff in discomfort. "I still have your protection, don't I?" he questioned with a raised eyebrow, and Vox hesitated. "Well technically the deal was referring to Voxtec's protection, and since there's no longer Voxtec then the deal is probably off, but - I will always protect you Bambi, we need no deal for that." he stated with an adoring stare, making the deer avoid his eyes in slight embarrassment. "Very well, then i'm safe." he decided, but Vox wasn't going to let him go that easily.

"Come on Bambi, let me join you, we can lure all those sinners together and feast on their souls." he insisted in a teasing voice as he hugged the radio demon closer, making him think for a moment. "It does sound tempting." he replied, and Vox already took that for an answer; "Lovely, let's go!" he said and yanked the deer out with him.

Leaving the hotel's front doors was not an easy task, but thanks to Vox's teleportation abilities they were able to escape the crowd surrounding them and enjoy a moment of privacy... before drawing more attention of course.
Once they were traveling along the crumbling roads of hell, Alastor sighed heavily, looking very much unsatisfied.
"What's wrong princess?" Vox asked as they kept walking, and the deer rolled his eyes; "We can't feast on anyone like that." he stated the obvious, and Vox looked around once again, spotting more and more sinners gathering around them, some of them even took their phones out and started to take pictures, Vox knew Alastor hated every second of it. "Wait, I might have an idea, but you'll have to trust me." he said, making Alastor raise his eyebrow in suspicion, but he just nodded in response, knowing he's got nothing to lose, except for his dignity maybe.

Vox cleared his throat and took one step forward; "Hello lovely sinners, hope you're having a wonderful morning." he announced in his salesman voice, making Alastor chuckle. "Today me and my... um... partner here are having a special offer for you!" he started, and the radio demon listened carefully, knowing that it's going to be either brilliant or a complete disaster. "What kind of special offer you might ask? Well I see it more as an... auction!" now he got the deer's interest.
More sinners joined the activity, some of them were holding signs now, some were recording them, and most of them were just screaming like maniacs at every little meaningless thing the two overlords did.
"So here's how it's going to work: Want to see me patting this cute deer's fuzzy head?" Vox pointed at Alastor, making the crowd go mad as they all screamed their hearts out, making it look as if it's the only thing they ever wanted, and Alastor's adorable ear twitch didn't make it any better. "Enjoining yourself?" he muttered under his breath in displeasure, making Vox chuckle mischievously, and just like that... his eyes darkened.
