Chapter 20 (re written)

- welcome home babe
- It's good to be home, I hope I don't see the inside of a hospital for a long time.
- Amen to that I say. Derek is at the office, he asked me to let him know when you get here.
- Ok, I'll go visit the office and see how everyone is doing.
I smile coz I know everyone is waiting for him there to celebrate.
- Cool, I'll come with you to say hi to everyone.
I already sent Derek a message telling him we are here and on the way.
Graysson opens the door to a big "welcome home sign" and everyone standing in the reception area with smiles  and applause. Graysson was touched and gave a thank you speach. Derek was so happy to see him back and healthy, that he came and gave him a hug then we all went to the conference room where drinks and food were waiting for everyone.
I stand back and look around with a smile on my face as I see how happy Graysson is.
The rest of the day was spent in catching up on everyone's personal life and stuff. you can feel the love in the room. It was like a one big happy family and I loved the vibes.
I felt a bit awkward, though everyone was trying to include me into their conversations plus John was there to give me pointers on who is who and what they do.
After everyone went home, Derek, John, Graysson, Lawra and I decided to have some grilled stakes. Graysson calls Jaysson to come and join us since he flew out for business and was staying in the area for a while. I smile and give him a hug happy that he got his best friend back.
Jaysson, since that day at the hospital, changed as he promised. He stopped being a walking shell of himself, he got the light back into his eyes. He also put on some weight. I was so happy coz you can tell he was or is a vibrant and fun guy to be around.
After everyone left and Derek went to his room, we headded to ours.

- for being you, for sticking by me, for caring, for taking care of me when I was in the hospital, for loving me.
of course being me, I turn red and Graysson chuckles

which of course made me blush even more. I hide my face in the crook of his neck and say nothing.

I help him take a shower and get ready for bed. I wanted to do so much for him but I could see how tired he was so I decided to go down on him. He turns around to look at me and says:

Things went back to how they used to be before the accident. Graysson decided to hire the truck driver as his gardner since he was good at it, I guess he got traumatized after the accident and didn't want to drive anymore, he was raized in an orphanage before he moved to the US. He had no family so Graysson gave him a rent free 1 bedroom condo he can call his own as part of the package deal and he kind of became like an uncle to Graysson and Derek. Derek went back to Korea to settle his affairs so he can move back to the US permanently. He kept his offices there and promoted his right hand to manage the company. Graysson insisted that he stay with us since the house was big enough as well as the offices. I didn't mind since it made Graysson happy, besides Derek was an amazing guy.
It was Friday and the Captain called to ask us if we are attending this Sunday's ride. I told him Id have to get back to him since I had to ask the boys. I head to the offices around lunch time as I prepared all the boy's favorites. Lawra was finishing up and was supposed to be here in 10.
I also asked Louma to come have lunch with us and to bring some Lebanese food and for her to meet Derek since her and her boyfriend broke up a while back.
I walk into the offices and head to Graysson's, I knock on his door, he looks up and gives me the most beautiful smile iv ever seen that lights up his whole face and makes my heart beat faster.
- Hey babe
- Hey, you about ready to have lunch?
- yes im starving
- Great I made all of you guys' favorites, I also asked Louma to come for lunch and to bring some side dishes with her. I also want her to meet Derek coz i think they would be a good match don't you think?
Graysson laughs and says:
- Wow, why didn't we think of that before? yes I think they would make an amazing couple. It is about time Derek has someone special in his life and Louma is an amazing person.

Sitting in the living room, I hear the doorbell so I ask Derek to go open since I knew it was Louma
- Derek, can you please open the door? it must be my Cousin Louma with some Lebanese food.
- Sure, wow I guess Im gonna finally try Lebanese food.
- Yup hope you'll like it.
I turn to Graysson and cross my fingers and wait. 30 seconds later Louma walks in blushing followed by Derek who was carrying all the bags and a big smile on his face.
Lunch went amazingly well, everyone loved the Lebanese food that we got them. Derek was constantly looking at Louma and she him. she would smile and answer all his questions. I excuse myself and head to the kitchen to bring desert, Louma follows me, we turn to Lebanese so no one can understand.
- so? i say
- So, she answers
- Well what do you think of Derek? lowering my voice saying his name
She blushes and says:
- I like him a lot
I was so happy to hear that. We head back with desert and coffee.
- Oh by the way, I say. The captain called and asked if we'd like to join the ride this Sunday, told him id get back to him since I wanted to check with you all.
Graysson looks at Derek and says:
- did your bike get delivered yet?
- tomorrow at 10 am
- cool so are you in?
- hell yeah, wait...
then he looks at Louma and says:
- Louma would you like to ride with me or are you badass like your cousin here and have your own bike?
Louma laughs and says:
- nah she is the only badass in the family, id love to but you know Sundays at the restaurant...
before she was able to finish, i butt in and say:
- Louma the restaurant will survive you taking a day off...come with us.
She looks at me then at Derek and says:
- ummm, you're right ok Id love to
Derek, Graysson and I smile at her.
- John? what about you and Lawra? are you in?
Graysson asks
I turn to John and say:
- wait you ride?
- actually I do, mainly with Graysson but yeah
- Lawra you're in? I say
Lawra looks at John and says:
- Ma Boo is a hot badboy biker
we all laugh as John blushes while smiling back at her.
I thought they were too cute.
- settled then , Il send captain a message confirming.
Since it was Friday and half day at work, we hung out till late, we moved up to the mancave for a movie and drinks. everyone ended up staying over since we all had one too many.
Sunday rolled in and I was too excited as it will be my 1st ride on my new bike. I made Graysson promise me that if he felt tired to tell me right away since it was his 1st ride after the accident.
