Well... its an Update

I haven't posted in a while, life has been well happening. My dad went to the Philippines started dating this girl and before you knew it she moved in with us and married my dad.

A month after they got married we moved to South Carolina in this fixer upper. The house was very dirty and some parts of it needed TLC. I was spending a lot of time and energy just working on it so it would feel like home.

Of course we only live there for three months before hurricane Helene came through. Asheville was practically underwater and some historical pieces were wiped off the map and some lost everything including their lives.

In South Carolina we didn't get as much rain or much flooding but we got heavy winds that knocked and uprooted a lot of trees.

A tree in front of my house got uprooted and fell into my bedroom, luckily I wasn't in there but a majority of my stuff is gone.

So since last September my dad, his new wife and I have been going between hotel room, other people house and right now an air bnb.

A little bit after that I have been having pain in stomach and nauseous so I am getting well acquainted with the doctors trying to figure out why I'm in so much pain, it's been four weeks since the pain started. Maybe it's stress.

Okay now since all the bad is out of the way. Sorry I haven't posted or did any updates. I have done some writing since everything happened but I am not far enough along to say anything about the books.

I am hoping to get a book to the point that I am happy with it and maybe I can have it as my debut novel.

It is a little hard to find some motivation to write with everything that has been going on. But rereading gets me excited about the story and the characters again and I just want to finish it.
