Kirby Star Heroes

Chapter 2

It was an ordinary day on planet popstar. Everyone was very busy. Kirby, Knuckle Joe, Sirica and B.D. were all out and about. They had been training and now they were ready to relax.

"Hey guys it is lunch time let's go to Kawasaki's place," Knuckle Joe said.

"That sounds like a great idea," Sirica said. "Kirby you just have to try chef Kawasaki's cooking it is the best in all of dream land," she said. 

"Yes he does cooking for many big events in dreamland," B.D. said. "His take out is the best," he said. "He makes such good food the leftovers are even super yummy," he said. "Many in dreamland come to eat his cooking regularly," he said. "I think you will like it," he said.

"Okay," Kirby said.

They went into chef Kawasaki's place. Chef Kawasaki saw them. "Ah hello, Knuckle Joe, Sirica and B.D. good to see some of my regular customers," Kawasaki said. He saw Kirby and smiled. "You must be new here, I think I saw you in town but I didn't get your name, I am Chef Kawasaki," he said.

"Hello Chef Kawasaki, I am Kirby," Kirby said.

"Nice to meet you Kirby," Kawasaki said.

"We are here for lunch," Knuckle Joe said.

"That's great," Kawasaki said. "Just tell me what you would like and I will get started on it," he said. 

"I would like your burger please," Knuckle Joe said.

"One fried chicken please," Sirica said.

"I would like your pasta," B.D. said.

"Your club sandwich sounds good to me," Kirby said.

"Okay coming right up," Kawasaki said.

Soon Kawasaki brought in the food. "Okay order up," Kawasaki said. 

They began to eat. "Man chef Kawasaki's cooking is good," Kirby said.

"I know," Knuckle Joe said. "I don't know what we in dream land would do without him," he said.

Nightmare was using one of his spy drones to spy on the young trainees as they ate. "Hmm it appears dreamland's well known chef is able to make yummy food and they don't know what they would do with out him?" Nightmare said. "I will send one of my monsters to take this chef and have him brought to me," he said. "Now do I have any volunteers?" he asked his monsters. 

The monsters were all standing there muttering. "You big weenies I will go," a monster with a whip said. He approached him. 

"Very good Whipstrike," Nightmare said. "You will go first thing tomorrow morning as dreamland prepares for breakfast," he said. "I will see to it to find a way to make sure everyone in Dreamland is prepared to go to this chef's place of business," he said.

The next morning everyone woke up same as usual. Kirby walked into the kitchen and saw Meta knight struggling with the stove. "How very odd," Meta knight said. "The stove doesn't seem to be working," he said. 

"Yes that is very weird," Sword said. "It doesn't make any sense." she said.

"Yes it is very odd," Blade said. "We can't see to get anything in the kitchen to work," he said. 

"Maybe the waddle dees are having better luck in the palaces main kitchen," B.D. said. 

"Go check," Meta knight said.

B.D. went to go see and saw the waddle dees were struggling with everything. "I can't even get the pantry open," one of the waddle dees said.

"That is very odd," B.D. said and ran back to tell Meta knight.
