Kirby Star Heroes

Chapter 7

Nightmare was wanting to cause chaos for planet pop star. He was making plans to send a monster to popstar to handle that Kirby and those recruits. "Now my monsters who will be willing to go and handle those star warrior recruits?" Nightmare asked. "I expect you to do so," he said. 

Most of the monsters were looking at each other and few of them were unsure who would go. "I will go," said a monster with a fire ability. 

"Very well," Nightmare said. "Now go and cause all the problems that you can for those Star warriors," he said.

"Of course," the first monster said.

Kirby and the others were sleeping that fine morning and Kirby woke up. "Good morning Knuckle Joe," Kirby said hopping out of bed. 

"Morning Kirby," Knuckle Joe said getting out of the top bunk. 

Marx woke up and walked down the stairs from his top bunk. "Morning," Marx said.

"Good morning," B.D. said.

Magolor was sleeping in the top bunk with his hand dangling over the side into Taranza's bed. Taranza was holding on to the hand. "But you're a princess and I am just a servant," Taranza said kissing at the hand and then woke up. "Yikes!" he shouted pushing the hand aside.

"Aah!" Magolor shouted and fell off the top bunk. "OW!" he said and then got up. "Were you kissing my hand?" he asked Taranza.

"No!" Taranza said feeling awkward. "What about your shedding?" he asked Magolor.

"What are you talking about?" Magolor asked.

"This," Taranza said punching the bottom of Magolor's bunk. Then a bunch of dark brown hair fell. 

"Okay," Magolor said. "Now come on it's time for breakfast," he said.

They rushed into the kitchen to have their breakfast. They all began to chow down. "I wonder what today has in store," Kirby said as he enjoyed his cereal. 

"Who knows," Taranza said. "After all that is the way life is," he said after spread jam on his toast. 

"Well we do have training we need to do," Knuckle Joe said.

"That's right," Sirica said. "So it is going to be sometime before we have free time because we have train first," she said.

"Yep," Marx said.

"Well the sooner we get started the sooner we can finish," B.D. said. 

As soon as they finished their breakfast they were training in the training room. There was sparring going on between B.D. and Sirica with melee weapons. Knuckle Joe was sparring with Marx who was able to out maneuver him. Kirby was practicing his inhaling ability with a training dummy. Magolor was getting ready to practice his magic. "Hey Taranza since you are a wizard too how about you join me in training?" Magolor asked.

"Sounds fine to me," Taranza said. So the two of them began to practice their magical skills. They were practicing hard.

Then they heard something.

"What what that?" Knuckle Joe asked.

"I don't know but whatever it was it didn't sound good," Meta knight said.

Then Blade knight came running. "There is a monster in dream land," Blade said.

"Then let's go," Kirby said and they all rushed out and saw the monster there. "Look it is one of the fire monsters from nightmare," he said.

"You're right about that Kirby," Meta knight said. "We need to handle this right away," he said. "Now go and help them," he said.

"Let's go," Marx said. 

The recruits rushed into help. "Taranza, and Marx get the civilians evacuated," Kirby said. "Sirica and B.D. do crowd control," he said. "Magolor and Knuckle Joe with me, we are going to take that monster down," he said. 

"Then let's do this," Marx said.

They all began to handle what they need to do as a team. Meta knight was watched and had great pride while watching. "Did you see how Kirby gave those orders, they are following them to the letter," Sword said. "He knows how to lead a team," she said.

Magolor fired a magic spell and saw the monster was about to attack Taranza and pulled up his star force field. "Taranza hurry move," Magolor said. Taranza got the cappy child to safety. 

"All clear!" Taranza shouted back.

Then Magolor moved out of the way. "That was too close," Magolor said. 

Kirby then saw a flame headed toward Knuckle Joe and sucked it up. Then he turned into fire Kirby. "Alright looks like Kirby is using a copy ability." Knuckle Joe said.

"Yes I have seen this one, fire Kirby," Magolor said. "When that one happens things are going to get hot," he said laughing. 

They continued to fight and Magolor was providing good defense with his star shield. Then the fire monster launch a small creature at Magolor to attack him. Then Taranza webbed the creature in a pod. Magolor turned and saw Taranza smiling and giving a thumbs up with one of his hands.

"Thanks," Magolor said.

"No problem," Taranza said. "Happy to help," he said. 

Then Kirby breathed fire down on the monster and began to overwhelm it. "Aahh!" The monster shouted and all of the young recruits attacked together. Knocking it back. "Nightmare I must retreat save me!" he said. Then the monster retreated. 

"Looks like he enough," Knuckle Joe said. 

"Hooray!" the people of cappy town shouted. 

"Is everyone alright?" Kirby asked.

"Yes we're okay," one of the cappies said.

"Good no one got hurt," Sirica said.

"But there was some damage I am afraid," B.D. said. "Looks like we have cleaning up and fixing up to do," he said.

The recruits began to help fix up the damage they caused. Then it was all done. "There we go that takes care of that," Magolor said. "I am glad you had my back, back there Taranza," he said.

"It was no problem," Taranza said. "You also had my back out there too," he said. "I think this might be the start of us becoming good friends," he said.

"Me too," Magolor said. 

"Now that you recruits have finished fixing up and it is dinner time let's all go to chef Kawasaki's place," Meta knight said.

"Alright!" the recruits said. They all had pizza at chef Kawasaki's place. It was so good. Everyone was enjoying.

"I wonder what else life has in store," Taranza said. "I hope someday to find Princess Sectonia and bring her home," he said.

"I hope to find out what I am and where I came from and if there are more of my kind out there," Magolor said.

"I hope to find out what happened to my parents and find out where I am from and what I am too," Marx said.

"I hope to find out if my parents are dead or alive so I can find either closure or where they are," Knuckle Joe said.

"Me too," Sirica said.

"Same here," Kirby said.

"I hope to keep doing my best and someday I will find out more about where us Waddle dees come from on Popstar and which of Dedede's ancestors brought here to dreamland when they came to power." B.D. said.

"Someday we will all have the answers we are looking for," Meta knight said. "It may take time," he said. 

"I also have feeling we will also make more friends very soon," Kirby said. 

"I think you maybe right Kirby and they may even be star warriors too," Meta knight said.

"Yes they just might be," Kirby said laughing.

The others agreed.
