Ch 20 Suspicion

Alastor feels his whole body tense up as he freezes, his smile wavering slightly.

“Pardon me my dear, what did you say?”

Rosie laughs clapping her hands together. “come on Alastor, its been… well, centuries since you really liked someone, not to mention, the king is such a cutie”

Alastor feels his face heating slightly as he tightened his grip on his radio cane. Alastor stands up dusting off his suit. “It was a..nice visit dear I'll be on my way now.” Rosie sighs shaking her head.

“okay fine, but Alastor.” Alastor stops in his tracks tilting his head over to Rosie.

“Yes?”.

“Promise me you'll as least explore your interests in the king? To be honest Alastor, I've been really worried about you…and why you disappeared for all that time. You don't seem…the same anymore dear, maybe Lucifer can help work things out…”

Alastor turns his back to Rosie as he thinks about his disappearance. No one can help me… I can do it myself… and why would the king help on me? Alastor thinks back to what Rosie had suggested making something turn inside of him. “I..have to go, always nice seeing you Rosie.” Alastor purposefully avoided looking at Rosie, knowing she would have a used set look on her face.

Alastor steps out of the shop still deeply thinking, I can't like the king, I don’t like the king…right?

Lucifer knocked hesitantly on the door to Chalrie and vaggies room. A second later the door opens slowly.

“Who the fuck- oh…” Lucifer stands their awkwardly for a few seconds before speaking.

“Uh hey Vaggie, can I…come in?” Vaggies slowly nods opening the door wider and stepping aside, allowing Lucifer inside.

Lucifer enters the room his eyes immediately landing on the huge mess in the center of the room.

Lucifer blinks twice as he steps forwards realizing what it is. Oh, looks like Vaggie has been conducting some of her own Investigations.

“Sorry about the mess just…some clues or potential leads to fine Chalr- her…”

Lucifer glances over at Vaggie sympatheticly. “Sooo I assume you haven't found anything yet? Not that I'm doubting you its just-”

“No, I haven't… I just don't know who would kidnap Chalrie she's so perfect, kind Beautiful,”

As veggie continues speaking Lucifer glances down at Vaggies work. Wow, she really put her soul into this.. Poor girl. Lucifer reads a few sticky notes and written points his eyes stopping on one in particular, it read,

Valentino.

-Basically Sexually assaulted her

-Might be pissed she didn't give in

At first it was shock, Who would Do such a thing?

Soon after came rage. Consuming Lucifer almost entirely. “she's also is supper adorable when she-” Lucifer raises a hand stopping Vaggie from speaking. “Sorry Vaggie but who is this Valentino, and did he really sexually assault My daughter?” Lucifers voice became deeper the more he spoke. Vaggie spoke quickly.
