"Let's go watch a movie, let's go watch a movie, I wanna watch a movieeeeeeee."

For the past few days, the atmosphere between the short Engineer and the handsome IC student had been strange to the point where Pond, who had been observing them closely while they had breakfast together almost every day, could sense that something was off. Even though the two guys had been talking more and more recently, sometimes they went quiet, glancing at each other before retreating into silence. This made their half-breed friend annoyed.

Since the day when Ae had suddenly confessed to feeling horny, Pond had been wondering if this sudden change in his friend's behavior had been because of Pete. His leaving for a run after he had shown him the AV, had only left him with more questions. Therefore, for someone like him, there was no other choice but to find a way to pry into his friend's secret, such as... creating a situation.

That morning, as soon as Ae had brought Pete to sit down, and without waiting for him to run away to buy food for the Khun Chai, Pond immediately spoke up.

But Mr. Intouch only turned to look at him briefly before turning back to the person next to him.

"What will you eat this morning? The same?"

"Hmm... Yes, the same as usual." In addition to not paying attention to his silly friend, Ae calmly asked Pete for his order before walking through the crowd towards the shop he had his eye on. After Ae had left, Pete smiled at his table-mate, who held a fork for his Pad Thai in one hand and a glass of strawberry smoothie in the other.

"Pete, I want to go see a movie."

"Oh... I see." The handsome young man answered politely, looking at Pond's expectant eyes, not daring to interpret the meaning of such a look.

"Aaaaand..."

"And...?" Pete asked with a kind smile, causing the listener to pout and blink.

"And when friends invite you, you have to answer..." Not only did he say that, but he also made a hand gesture to encourage Pete to speak.

"Oh... You want to invite me to go see a movie?" Pete's question came accompanied with a slight tilt of the head. He was confused because he hadn't expected Pond to ask him out to the movies. But before the half-breed could continue to persuade him, a faint voice from another table came to his ears.

"Oh my gosh, that guy is so handsome!"

"Wow, so handsome!!! Fair-skinned, good-looking, he looks like the hero in a novel... Oh my gosh, he turned to make eye contact..."

Pete hadn't caught the conversation going on between the girls at the table in front of him. He had instead looked over his friend's shoulder only to try to find sight of the football player, because if Ae was nearby, then he would soon know if Pond was joking or not.

However, the half-breed, who had clearly heard the conversation, chuckled. He didn't want to crush the girls' dreams, but this particular handsome guy had his eyes set on his shorty friend. He almost turned to look at them, so that they would know that it wasn't just Pete who was handsome, but before he could, he heard a somewhat familiar female voice saying to her friends at the table.

"Hmm, the white guy is handsome, but the dark skinned guy... can't even look."

Wait a minute, Ae's not here. The white skinned guy is Pete. Then the dark guy...

Ooooh I'll hit her.

Pond could only silently think when he turned around and saw his old enemy. They had shared the same class before... Her name was Cha-em, the liberal arts student who usually tied her hair on the top of her head. A hairdo that made her look scruffy, but did not hide her cuteness.
