Two years.
Life went on
Without you
Without 'that'You, alone
Me with 'them'
Who drifted away?
I think I am?I don't know what happened
But I think I do
The craving most mattered
The hurt manifested you-usThose silence that echoes,
Poker faces and blank emotions,
Hidden smiles
And fierce flaring fiery of loathe-today.Once were days of tickling
Now but distant treatments
The once were 'that' hobbies
Now but forgotten memoriesWho faltered?
I guess we
But we can still be reunited
It's up to 'we'After lengthy snobs
The 'hi' entered
Opening closed arms
For a new hopeI guess it's time
We let go of 'those'
And right now we must
Repeat the 'that'Missing is an understatement
The 'that' we shared was deepest
But water evaporated through heat
And we must bring back itBefore farewells after 8
I need to be with you again
You were once a part of me
But I still want to bring back 'that' friendship'.07/10/15
