The city was shattered—broken in a way that no one thought possible. Eight hours of unrelenting battle, of carnage beyond anything seen before, and the boy was still standing, as fierce and unstoppable as ever. The remaining heroes, the last line of defense, were battered and bloodied, their resolve beginning to crack as they watched the bodies of their comrades fall around them.

The Slain Heroes

The boy had slaughtered five heroes in the past hours—each one meeting their gruesome end in ways that defied all logic. There was no mercy, no hesitation in his actions. They had tried, desperately, to hold him off, to land a blow that would stop him, but it was all in vain. His power was too vast, too overwhelming for them to even comprehend.

The first hero to fall was Valkyrie, the number 15 hero, a skilled swordswoman known for her precision and mastery of her blade. She had charged at the boy with all her might, her sword flashing in the moonlight. But in an instant, the boy summoned an energy shield, deflecting her blade with a brutal crack. Before she could react, he closed the distance, his energy blade cutting through her midsection with one swift motion. Her body crumpled to the ground in a heap, her final breath barely escaping her lips.

Next was Tecton, a hero known for his earth manipulation. He had raised towering walls of rock to try to contain the boy, but the boy simply tore through them with ease, his ice and fire attacks reducing them to rubble. Tecton had tried to fight back, sending powerful shockwaves through the ground, but the boy's speed was too much. With a single swipe of his hand, he shattered Tecton's defenses and reduced him to a heap of mangled flesh and bone.

The third to fall was Inferno, a hero who specialized in fire manipulation. He had tried to match the boy's power with his own flames, creating a wall of fire that surrounded them both. But the boy's energy fire was far more intense. In an instant, the flames burned Inferno alive, his cries muffled by the inferno consuming him from the inside out.

Aegis, the number 12 hero, had been the fourth to fall. She had been a shield hero, using her quirk to protect civilians and other heroes from harm. But in the face of the boy's power, her shield was nothing more than a mere distraction. He had effortlessly torn through her defenses, his energy blade cutting her down in an instant. Her body had been left in a mangled pile on the ground, a grim reminder of the battle they were losing.

The fifth hero to fall was Silent Tempest, a hero who relied on sound manipulation. She had attempted to disorient the boy with high-frequency sound waves, but he seemed to hear nothing, his focus unbroken. Before she could adjust her strategy, the boy appeared in front of her, his energy blade slicing through her throat before she even had time to scream.

The Last Stand

Now, only 11 heroes remained. Their quarks were spent, their bodies were weary, and the light of hope that once burned so brightly within them was flickering dimly. Among the remaining forces stood All Might, the symbol of peace, whose once-great form now flickered with the exhaustion of battle. Beside him were Endeavor, the indomitable flame, and Mirko, the fierce rabbit heroine, still standing despite the deep wounds she had suffered.

They were joined by Electro, the number 3 hero, whose electric powers crackled in the air, still defiant but clearly on the edge of exhaustion. The rest of the heroes—tired, battered, their injuries mounting—stood behind them, knowing that their odds of survival were slim.

A Gripping Silence

The boy watched them, standing in the middle of the battlefield with no visible expression, his energy blade humming with unnatural power. His eyes glowed with malice and indifference, as if he were observing nothing more than a passing nuisance.
